My son just went here today and was disrespected by another patron because of his race. My son is black and this white “gentleman” proceeded to tell my son how he was less than him because of his skin color. This “gentleman” was not asked to leave or addressed in any way for his misconduct as my son was standing at the register. Granted no one who was there for lunch addressed this man, but restaurants have the right to not serve people and ask them to leave. This man was not only able to degrade my son in front of a room full of people he was permitted to order his food and continue eating his lunch and come back to harass my son and his friend calling them derogatory names. My son dealt with it by smiling at the man and turning to ignore him because if he did anything else he would be seen as at fault.
As a restaurant I know people have been kicked out for less, such as simply being homeless, even if they do not disturb anybody and they pay for their food they are still made to leave. I have seen it. You have the right to remove anyone for any reason. Why was no one at the counter doing anything to help one of your customers who were being harassed? Why was this considered OK? My son is in college, I’m three hours away, and I’m still doing everything I can. Your staff were right there. Are they taught that it’s OK to let the customers be harassed, or is it OK only if their black? He usually goes to your location, you had a customer, you did not stand up for that customer, you are now going to be known for allowing racist and prejudice actions to take place in your establishment.
Besides being the right thing to do it’s the decent thing to do, to stand up for people. Those in authority should use it for good. You have the authority. By your inaction you affirmed that man’s opinion of people of color. You could have done something but you did nothing. I hope that you learn from this, but until then do not expect business from those you do not intend to value or treat like a fellow...
Read moreI have never gotten a bad burger from any Wendy's and always considered them 4-5 stars, but not today i went to this location in Glendora, CA around 11:30pm it said they closed at 12:00am expecting another delicious burger i placed my order paid and in was ready right away.
hmm kinda odd since they always take a bit of time to cook well i got home and man was i mad -the Burgers weren't even warm -the meat was like Microwave patties -the fries were hard and tasteless like a plain potato -my baconator had no cheese!
I honestly believe because it was closing time they didn't give a rats ass about food quality just about going home, well if you cant do your job properly or don't like your job just QUIT!
Also don't ruin Wendy's for people because of your crappy work ethics I'm sure someone out there can do a better job then those people working tonight did.
I ENDED UP TROWING MY FOOD AWAY IT WAS DISGUSTING! AND A...

The second one was lukewarm the buns was still some what soft and this one had only tomatoes three pickles and a bunch of ketchup and mayonnaise.
