Yummy yummy yummy good deals always! I knew Dave when I was a kid. He is so funny. He knew my grandma Elizabeth. All the Wendys I've visited are very warm & loving. Smells sooo good! Bathrooms the cleanest EVER! Everywhere it's very clean! Good vibes in everyone. This one is bestest Wendy's yet! Really out done themselves. Very quiet. Employees are very calm & quiet & speak clear. Very polite & positive; very good tone. Sometimes they have Santa around Xmas there to come meet him & get picture taken & get candy cane from him. (You can use your own phone, tablet/camera). Very fast service. Don't have to wait in line too long. Cars neither have to wait too long in line & run their gas. Good neighbors of all religion & nationalities. Not too far from the playground across from the same street from Friends Cemetery. They have a great soccer league there! Not too far from schools. One road gets you quickly to Long Lane / Garrett. The other to West Philly / Lansdowne area. The other way on 69th to the rest of the shopping stores & to Septa on Market street; also another way to get to West Philly / coming from there / opposite can go farther into Upper Darby Market leads to Garrett /Long Lane & Terminal Square - Bywood & West Chester Pike too. 113 & 108 bus routes. Not too far from route 101 & 102 trolley routes & blue line eastbound. Wendy's is in very good convenience near Payless shoe store that always got good bargains. Also not far a cellphone (repair) - smoke shop. Down the hill it won't take too long to see where you can get gas there are 3 different locations. One across the Fresh Grocer next store the Wawa (which has a convenient store). There is an Exxon connected in front of the back of Fresh Grocer that has a Dunkin Donuts - Convenient Store. A bar across the street. Diagonally across from that gas station is another that's called Lukoil & has convenient...

We placed our order from Wendy's in Glenolden, PA using the Wendy's app for carry out. I payed with a credit card and received a confirmation that our order was ready to be picked up. My finance went to the store and the staff refused to give him our order stating that their dining room was now closed. They also would not refund our money, refused to give us any documentation that we did not receive our food, refused to provide us a paper copy of our receipt and said we had to return tomorrow morning when the dining room opened to receive a refund. I informed him that the money we spent was the last of the money I had and I had 2 children I had to feed, no food and no money to do so. The manager was extremely rude and insulting. He said "it's almost 11:00 at night now, if you haven't fed your children yet, that's your problem." I informed him that I have terminal cancer, undergoing chemotherapy treatment and have no income at the moment and just scraped together the money I paid to be able to feed them. He responded by saying "oh yeah, you have terminal cancer now too. I really don't care." My entire conversation with the manager, he was rude, using foul language and being incredibly insulting. I am shocked by the horrible service I received from someone who is supposed to be teaching the employees that work under him, how to treat customers. I informed him that I was reporting him and this incident and he said " I don't care, try to get me fired" while laughing at me. I recorded our entire conversation and have documentation of everything and plan to take forget action so ex everyone knows how this Wendy's manage treats...

Skip it, 1 star is to many. After a long day working and commuting home it was hot I was hungry...Was car #3 in drive thru from time I got in line to order was 20 minutes... No heads up or anything order a biggie bag asked drink I said come she says they only have vanilla coke no thanks I guess a sprite... In total I ordered 3 biggie bags... Get to window to pay I was half paying attention (my mistake) girl said total I just handed a 20 and a 10..here she said 20.14 me: I can give u 15 just hand the 10 back. She looked at me like I had 9 heads... So she presses button on screen than tells girl behind her I hit 40 she only gave me 30. Girl 2: use your phone so girl 1 pulls phone out gets what I assumed calculator... Girl 1: what do I do? Me: it's $9.86 she looks at me weird again... So girl 2 shows her how to get the number... She then hands me 2 bags and 3 sprites (since only option besides vanilla coke) so I look in the bag knowing I am feeding 3 people 1 chicken nuggets 2 fries and 4 burgers... I don't think everything is here girl 1: she doesn't think everything is there. Girl 2: everythings there your fine so I repeat 3 biggie bags should have 3 chicken nuggets... Girl 2: it's on the bottom by this point I am annoyed... Just pull off.. get home... 2 chicken nuggets, 4 fries, 4 burgers.. no BBQ sauce no straws fries were cold, bacon was burnt to a crisp chicken nuggets...
