Wendy's — Restaurant in Glenpool

My son and I went in at 3:30 on Wednesday the 18th of June. We were the only one there and no one in the drive through. We went in and the Manager and 4 employees were in the drive through area yucking it up. When we walked in they looked at us but did not greet us, they ignored us and went back to talking. After standing there a few minutes I asked if any of them were working. Finally one kid walked over and took our order. I got my son a biggie meal. they tried to give us old fries, stale nuggets, and a dried out hockey puck of a plain burger. I told them no way, make the food fresh and we will wait. This did not make them happy. Manager was walking around with her head in her keister. We watched them make the food to be sure they made it fresh and no spit or hair. Went to get the drink at the self serve and the place was disgusting, had not been wiped down, the floor by it was so sticky that your shoes made that sticky sound when you walked on it. Tables were dirty and we had to wet some napkins to wipe a table down. Remember there is NOT anyone else in the dining room. How a place can be so new and so poorly ran like this one is beyond me. This is not the first bad experience there but it will be my last. Just let this place fail and close then hopefully another restraint comes in behind it and cares about their business/customers! The food got a 2 star because we made them make it fresh, it was half assed...

I’ve been going here since this store has opened & never had an issue with anything, until recently. My two friends & I all got different kinds of burgers meals the other night, all of the burger patties had pink on the inside. I’m not talking about there being a little bit of pink, that wouldn’t bother me. I’m talking about BRIGHT pink, raw and undercooked pink. Around $32-33 was spent & WASTED since we had took one bite and threw the rest away. I wasn’t there when my friends ordered the food so I wasn’t able to check the burgers before they had left the drive thru BUT nobody should have to check for that kind of thing yknow? This has been an ongoing issue at this location for a minute now, if I order any kind of regular sized burger the meat has been pink on the inside. I’m not sure why this is happening because like I said, there was never an issue before but I’m not willing to risk getting sick. My assumption would be that they hired someone to cook who doesn’t give a crap about food safety. I will say, I’ve noticed that when I get a biggie bag where the burgers are smaller, they’re actually cooked all the way through. My favorite order/burger is the baconator but everytime I order it from here, the meat is pink so I just stick to the biggie bags or any of the chicken items. So, I really hate to be this person but here it goes.......I ordered a #7 big bacon classic meal, a 4 for 4, 4 piece nugget, and 3 frosty's. No big deal, went to the counter told them there was no bacon (which costs extra) not much but its the principle. They said they would remake it. I sit, all 3 of the kids got done, ready to go, still no burger remake. Go to leave, I just ask for a refund of the burger 🍔, oh, here is the burger remake, no refund, nothing. The order was taken right made wrong not once but twice. Didn't open the burger till I got home which is about 20 minutes away. I love Wendy's, my kids love Wendy's. But I will not spend my money somewhere that treats customers like this. Slogan is Quality is our recipe. Maybe need to start thinking about another slogan. This is a new store not open a month I don't think. Was very disappointed. Attached picture showing the remake of the "big bacon classic" without the bacon. I don't recommend the place and will not be back, but hey if you do check your food, and even if it is wrong just go ahead and eat it because you will be waiting a while to get a remake.

Went back today for lunch spent 50 bucks for everyone to eat. Took the whole family. I don't thinknthe service has changed at all from the 1st time we went. Will not be going back to the glenpool Wendy's. Will go to others instead....
