no stars if possible. countless times, I have gone to this location and received the worse or I don't even know how you would coin the service i received. But I know working food sucks, but these people aren't cooks, they're food handlers. Not to dog anybody who's worked food, but when you go to a location, and they treat you like fecal matter and won't even acknowledge you at the drive thru when they've got 45 mins left till close. THATS A PROBLEM...When you reach give them multiple opportunities to make a difference (maybe thinking that it was just that crew or that night) and they continue to disappoint you, You have no other choice other than to believe that it's this location. Taco Bueno isn't bad, THIS LOCATION is what's bad. To have something that is so beneficial to our area and community be trashed by workers who don't wanna work or do anything.
PLEASE if you have a bad experience at this location, then go to their website and let them know about it. I've gone here 3 times within the last hour of closing and been ghosted...and to those of you who say "well then don't go towards closing" listen, i'm not going at 5 mins till, when there is 45 mins on the clock and you go try to get a tire fixed and they tell you they don't acknowledge you or act like you exist....regardless of how close to closing you are, that's just plain rude.
THIS LOCATION STINKS, and their review in comparison to other locations is valid proof of that. LET TACO BUENO KNOW THAT THIS LOCATION NEEDS A CRACK OF THE WHIP SO I CAN ACTUALLY GO HERE AND GET ACCEPTABLE...
Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE! We go there often bc it’s close but service is bad EVERY SINGLE TIME. It never fails to have missing food when we get home, sometimes drinks as well. Recently, they have even kept my husbands debit card because they just are negligent and “forgot” to give it back. We have called and complained many times but sadly, nothing changes. One night recently, my husband brought home our food and half of it was missing. He called and the phone wasn’t on the hook so it was busy ALL NIGHT (even into the next day). He drove back up there and no one came to the speaker so he drove around. He The employees were just in there hanging out and when the employees saw him knocking on the drive-thru window, they ran and hid in the back. He could see them peeking around the corner to see if he was leaving. This was a couple hours before closing. Tonight, I made sure I checked my order before leaving the drive-thru (given their history); I just want to make sure I got what I paid for. The lid wasn’t even on the platter I ordered, I was missing chips and both drinks as usual. When I complained, a lady came to the window cursing at me. I explained that I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time, I just wanted my food to be correct since things are always missing. She said “You should just go somewhere else honestly” and closed the window. I had no words and had never been treated as such when I was simply just trying to make sure my food that I paid for was correct. These people are careless. Don’t have high expectations...
Read moreI DoorDash in this area quite a bit and every time I come to this Taco Bueno I am in disbelief of the service here. First, nobody is ever at the counter ready to help. And then every time, I am told they haven’t received the order yet. I pick up food all the time and this is the ONLY place that says they haven’t received the order yet. Then, I wait an absurd amount of time. Today I waited for 20 minutes for 1 drink and 1 mexi-dips and chips. That’s it! And there was not a single person in the store. Some had even came and gone while I was there. Today the “manager” is who finally came out to help me and after at least 20 minutes he asked me if I’d been helped yet. There seems to be only one person who can help anybody and I assume he is the manager. Who also, is very unprofessional in appearance and customer service. He is always wearing very baggy hoodies, pants and today his shoes were untied. Just not a good look for anyone working in customer service, much less the “manager.” While I was there today, a girl came in for an interview and on their way to sit down and he’s using curse words while talking to her. And then last thing I will mention is the enormous pot hold in the parking lot. I drove through there the other day and it’s so big that the bottom of my car where the drivers side door is, hit the concrete. I was sure it had put a dent in the frame of my car.
