I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lee at this location . As someone who is new to the area and was hoping to find a reliable and friendly service, I was shocked by the level of rudeness displayed by Lee.
From the moment he “greeted” me at the speaker, it was clear that Lee had no interest in providing good customer service. Instead of greeting me with a warm welcome or offering any assistance, Lee seemed annoyed by my presence, had a dismissive tone and made me feel like I was bothering him.
Throughout my interaction with Lee, his lack of professionalism was evident. He was impatient, unhelpful, and even made condescending remarks. It was clear that he had no interest in assisting me or making me feel valued as a customer.
It was disheartening to encounter such poor customer service. Lee's behavior has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning to this establishment and will be sure to share my experience with others in the community.

I carefully crafted what I wanted off of the breakfast menu. Wanting a buy one get one for a dollar. A sausage McMuffin is 2.70/ before tax. So buy one get one for a dollar would be 3.70 plus the .25 cent tax in our district would be just under 4.00. The first time I asked my total came to 9.00 ... Then when I said that wasn't right, she fixed it and it came to 7.00, I furrowed my eyebrows and I asked her how two sausage mcmuffins was more than 4.00.. she said ooh okay and then it was 5.95... I looked at her and said two sausage mcmuffins would have been ^^^ the above mentions price of just under 4.00$.... she stares at me and so I said NVM I just want one.. and she was like okay and then it came to 2.70 plus tax being 2.81..I would probably not care if I didn't have experience in MCDONALD'S MANAGEMENT. That woman is about the meanest, nastiest, volatile in how rude she was to me I have ever been treated in my life. I told her we were missing food from our meal, when she tells me what we are missing and I told her what we ordered so that she could even see it was on the whole list of data they'd have from the orders they took that day. But for what ever reason she retracts and seems to think that I'm scamming her of something. Without a doubt I wouldn't even tell a person desperate to eat food to go here.
