Never wrote one of these before but had problems the last few years I’ve gone there. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because it’s the staff's working conditions fault. The staff is always EXTREMELY rude. From the second you pull in you are greeted by a worker who couldn't care less. Pull up to the window and they forgot something? Now you have to drive all the way around back to the speaker to get their attention because they basically shove the bag into your hand as fast as they can and then run away and never come back until you leave. I’ve worked fast food a decent amount of time when I first started out and know how it is and I totally get it working in fast food sucks. Underpaid, over worked, etc etc.. but that also doesn’t give you an excuse to take it out on your guests in my opinion. You chose that job so then do that job. There are tons of higher paying jobs that will get you motivated Sorry for my harsh words but honestly just comes down to teens being irresponsible and unprofessional and angry middle aged people who hate their jobs due to previous stated issues. Overall food quality is what you would expect from a Taco Bell. I recommend going inside in the likely chance there is something missing from the bag so then you don't have to wait in the line again for something out of your control. Long story short fast food needs to pay more and worry less about making 80% profit and maybe just maybe workers would care more at these...

They never get the order right, and when I called last night 10/12/23 the girl who answered the phone wasn’t “technically supposed to answer” according to the store manager chatina. The girl who answered never gave me her name, proceeded to asked what was wrong and I told her my order was incorrect, she asked three times what was wrong and then told me I could come in tomorrow for a refund. When I went in today 10/13/23 the manger who was on shift said nothing was written down and they couldn’t do anything about it. That manger who came to talk to us grabbed the store manger Chatina on the phone who then said In Spanish not knowing she was on speaker for everyone to hear “do they look like liars, what race is she, white, Hispanic?” I responded back in Spanish with “Latina” she got quiet for a second and then said she could only do gift cards because she didn’t know if my story was true or not and that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they wrote down MY INFORMATION. Very unprofessional and the whole place is ran by two grown adults who don’t know what they’re doing and nothing but teenagers who aren’t even supervised properly or know their own steps on how to do refunds. The establishment is a joke and management is a joke as well. Read moreTonight I placed an online order, only to pull up to not only the drive thru closed but the lobby entrance closed as well. They’re was a handful of people waiting around trying to get in, even one women stating she was kicked out so the staff could take a break! Most of these people left and I decided to call, it rang and rang until someone who sounded inebriated answered and asked what they could do for me, explaining the situation she comes out and acts like nothing happened and they didn’t just close the whole store for who knows how long denying customers . I walk in with her and she tells me they were taking a break and that there was not enough staff on hand, upon seeing the back service area I could count 5 employees , and a 6th one entering just before I received my food . I also wanted to add that there was at least 4-5 door dash orders sitting there waiting to be picked up. I most likely will never visit this location again, I will however be calling Taco Bell customer service and reporting this location.
