We did a meet and greet and full day daycare session prior to making a reservation for our vacation which they were approved for the facility. After two hours on the day of our flight, we were contacted at the airport that our dogs had to be picked up because they did not get along with “one or two dogs”. On our intake form I explicitly wrote not to separate the two because they are very bonded. They did not follow those instructions and also did not give time for the acclimation of the animals. In our past boarding experiences there has not been any trouble. I am very disappointed in this facility and I would not recommend. Instructions are provided from the owners who know their dogs. My senior dogs were to go out with the appropriate group which was the older group. This also was not followed and I attribute this to over booking at the facility and the inexperience of the handlers. The accusations are not only false but show the inadequate staffing and ability of this business. A dog boarding and daycare facility should only be managed by experienced staff. Our dogs are members of our family and rules should be followed to not allow for overbooking of dogs that add to stress for the animals. This. Place. Is. AMAZING. We had to leave to California for several days for an unexpected death in my family. We were so worried about leaving our lab for a week. This place was just wonderful. Not only did they send several photos a day, but they got back to us immediately any time we wanted a check in. Our dog came home after 7 days clean, happy and healthy. She clearly had a ton of fun as evidenced by the many photos of her playing and then relaxing calmly in her kennel free bunk area. In terms of the kennel free environment -- it is so nice. This place is SPOTLESS. The photos of her bunking with her buddies (other dogs, if you as the parent are okay with that) warmed my heart. She wasn't alone at night but instead snuggling with 2 other mellow dogs in the big open rooms. We are so glad this place is available when we need it. It is pricey, but you're paying for a kennel free, safe & clean environment with excellent supervision, photo updates and excellent...

Thought my mom's dog was going to require boarding. They got him in for his evaluation quickly.

That time, the dog didn't require boarding. He later did and everything was fine, I was chit-chatting with the people at the desk while they brought him out -- this matters.

The third time, my mom went in the hospital, would have been the second time boarding, I called them up around 2:00 in the afternoon, and I was informed that someone taking care of my dog have been rude to their staff. The problem with this is, I'm the guy. Person on the phone had not been involved. I was told that my Mom's very mellow dog was unwelcome.
