Update: from one star to four. Ever since my past visit 2 years ago they have since changed their manager and he really did a good job cleaning the place up. The new manager is a really nice gentleman who is very attentive and really seems to care about his job and the people who come in to shop. I'm glad I gave it another shot. - Old post:I used to love this place up until very recent. It seems every time I've gone in for the past maybe couple of months there is a very unwelcoming feel coming from the women who I assume either owns or manages the place. Not once has she been pleasant. But today I went in trying to kill some time and I bought a couple of things and went out side and there was a little orange couch that hadn't been there before and I thought that my 6 year old would love it. So I ran inside asked how much it was and the guy said 10 dollars I was like OMG could you please hold it for me I had left my purse at home by accident so all I had was change but not enough any more. He asked how long and I said by the end of the day at the latest and he said ok. So I went home and a little bit later I went and picked up my kiddo from school and showed him the couch and told him we were going then to pay for it to make a long story short they had sold it while I was gone. I was back by 4pm that was still 2 hours before they closed. My son was devastated. Why is it so hard for people these days to just do what they said they were gonna do. Terrible..... the only reason I'm doing this is if anyone looking for disney vhs this is actually not bad place to look, fairly cheap. .50 a piece. But i didnt even buy the 4 i was gonna get because they wouldnt break a $50 which i understand just annoying because their card machine doesnt run anything under $5. At this point i couldnt be bothered. Otherwise I stood at counter for 10 minutes before one of the workers came and said hi. They are extremely overpriced on electronics. I buy and sell video games for fun. And they are asking $5 a game with no negotiation. This isn't what really chapped my cheeks... it was that they are selling arcade Xbox 360s that are in some of the worst condition I've seen for $200 and they dont know if they work and no negotiation.for $200 on ebay or in most places would get you a verified working console and 15-20 games hookups and a controller. Same concept for the 2 wii consoles they had. Seems like aside from clothes just a lot of junk everywhere too outside which doesn't look great. Anyways bad experience. Great selection of things that are useful, quirky, and quality. However, only the clothes seem to be priced. Everything else is arbitrary. I attempted to buy a mug and was told it was $5. The woman in front of me asked about a crock pot. The crock pot was $5 (despite the fact that mugs and crock pots are vastly different in value). I didn't buy the mug since the price was so high. I understand that labeling everything with a price can be time consuming, but a price would be helpful when trying to make selections that fit within my budget and to avoid the awkwardness of sorting through items -and putting some back- at the...
