Starbucks — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

The Baristas here a very snobby and cold to their guests. Kevin especially, who took my orders. He wasn’t at all happy to take my order and never once said thank you. I asked him for the coffee of the day and looked at me like they didn’t have such things. When I returned for a refill of my coffee he went to ask the red haired lead and she also got super irritated at me for asking. When I put my drink up in the vehicle, I returned at the counter for some pup cup for my Bella. The same red hair lady was so snippy and asked if she was a service dog. I told her yes and she continues to bombard me with what type of service does she do and when I told her my condition. She mumbled something like she’s supposed to know what that is but I almost told her if you’re so concerned but don’t care my condition, then why bother to ask. These people have sticks up their hoohaas and need to learn manners or better...

I only get two drinks when I go to Starbucks. A caramel macchiato or an americano.

I always order my caramel macchiato grande extra hot with whole milk. There is a history of this on my Starbucks app.

But today I was given 2% at best. It was watery and tasteless. This was even after the person reread my order back to me. When you are paying almost $6 for your coffee drink, it should be made correctly. I would have been fine if told they did not have whole milk. Instead I was given a drink that I did not order. Since it was ordered thru drive thru, I was just stuck with the drink.

Truly disappointing.

So my mom and I come here to get coffee every morning. We love coming to this location for coffee but this morning I only had a 100$ bill and our order was 21$. The drive through cashier politely asked if I had anything smaller, but i unfortunately I did not. So she kindly asked us to wait so she can get the manager to get us change.
