Being in the process of taking our Beaver Creek condo off market finally, we decide to purchase a Sleepless Sectional as we have in our Boston home which is how we came in contact w. RFF - Scott and Lisette. We could not be any happier with the attention Lisette has paid to make sure that our living room and bar area turn out great especially as we are not in the valley. She has actutely listened the mountain feel we are looking for and when we came across a bar stool manufacturer while in Boston that RFF had previously carried but stopped, Scott & she went out of their way, called the Canadian manufacturer who in turn is selling them 4 chairs at the same price quoted to us in MA. We have complete trust in Lisette as she knows what we want so when the bar stool swatches come in, we told her to just let us know what she decided based on the swatch from the sectional vs the swatches for the stools. That is a high trust based on how expensive teh bar stools are. Highly recommend RFF if (1) you are looking for that mountain contemporary, high quality at fair prices and (2) are doing this from far away. Over the last three years, my husband and I have purchased our deck sofa/fire pit, 2 awesome recliners and a side table from Roaring Fork Furniture. Everything we received has been great quality and style-forward. Cody Smith of Roaring Fork Furniture was our contact and he is outstanding at his job. He came to our home to make sure the furniture's measurements would allow it to fit nicely in our home and that it would look appropriate in our space. The entire team at RFF deserves a high five! First they helped us get exactly the right couch with a unique and beautiful fabric. We ordered our couch right before the pandemic. The factory switched over to making protective gear. The manufacturing was delayed. Roaring Fork Furniture made up for the inconvenience with a complimentary rush on the order. They also offered to let us borrow a couch until ours came in because of the delay. They treated us like family and it was a positive experience despite the difficult conditions.
