Okay so I'm writing this review as a former employee at Dunkin. (not this one however). First off the positives. So far every drink I have had has been a 10 out of 10. always made right and if there were any issues it's because I forgot to tell them something.
The smaller of the issues is the Snackin Bacon. I used to make that stuff myself even before they had it on the menu. They never put enough seasoning on it, so you can't even taste it. and the last few times the bacon was pretty much raw. But I always think "maybe this time it will be better..."
The biggest issue is the times. my god they are slow. and Again Im saying this someone who worked at a Dunkin. I know what it's like behind the counters. Today I made an order on the App waited a few minutes before leaving to pick the order up. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Plus another 5 minutes at the window. and when I look inside or go inside there are always like 4-5 people working there.
I myself used to work at the Dunkin on Ocean City and one of the Dunkin/Baskin combo places. During the summer in the afternoon at night it would be me and one other person working the entire store(s) and I kid you not we would of moved that line faster then anyone could in this Dunkin. And I hate saying that because everyone there is very nice. It's just to wait that long for an ice coffee, Bagel and some undercooked bacon?
Again I don't know what is going on behind that counter I know from experience the higher ups at dunkin can make...confusing choices at time and those workers might just be doing the best they can.
Overall. Drinks are great. Food needs help. Expect to wait a while. Also. Shout out to that one dude with the long hair. Honestly he seems like the person trying to keep...
Read moreIf you want a better service than I had, use their drive-through. I am not a breakfast guy, so maybe I just don't understand how hectic it can be in the morning. But I wouldn't think it'd be that different than if I was ordering lunch. I rarely go to Dunkin' Donuts so I spent some time looking at their menu options. However, when I was ready, no one was there to help. I am not exaggerating when I say I watched a car that I arrived at the same time as, plus 4 more cars, order and drive off.
They are so focused on their drive-through customers that they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. This lady looked directly at me while taking drive-through orders and when I asked where to order (there are two registers), she just turned away and continued taking orders. As I waited, another customer walked in to order and out of nowhere this other employee appears and takes that customer's order. After the customer was done, I proceeded to go place my order, but the Houdini employee disappears again. She went to make that customer's order?!?! I had to yell, "how can I place my order?" before Houdini showed herself again! I'm glad I'm not a breakfast guy because I'm not sure I'd patronize this place again after this experience.

Read moreI waited 15 minutes for the car in front of me in the drive thru to move forward. Very not normal, but I really wanted my morning Dunkin order, so I waited it out. The speaker person got on the speaker, but their attention was clearly elsewhere. They kept telling me to hold on, then come back and restart my order. At this point, it was another 15 minutes trying to place the order. I was very unsure thaty order had even been placed. Pulling up to the window, they only had one part of the order. Just a nightmare. Do not visit at 6 in the morning on a weekend. They obviously can't handle it. I can't believe the other people behind me waited that long, or the two people in front of me! I had glanced inside, and didn't see anyone but a few other employees. The window picture I'm including just felt like a reflection as a whole for this particular Dunkin. I'm not sure how long it was there, but seeing a flosser was the cherry on top of I'm really not into this...
