Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Goldsboro

The absolute worst Dominos EVER!!!!! Most definitely WILL NOT be ordering from The 900 Sunburst Dr location in Goldsboro, NC ever again. The past few times I've ordered from there, my orders have been completely messed up, credits were offered, but some of which are technically not credits, when they were items that were already paid for, but not sent out with the delivery guy. I had a credit for a free pizza in which I saved, & chose to redeem my 2nd free pizza from receiving 60 points from ordering online. Now that the old manager is no longer there, my 'credits,' for my free pizza & 2 liter drink in which was already paid for isn't available. I was told at first I would have to pick it up from the store, then told I would have to place a second order for a second delivery in order to receive my free pizza, & now I'm being told it was basically cleared out by the old manager, including the 2 liter drink that had already been paid for, just forgotten by their driver. I even saw the same driver delivering to my neighbor & asked him about my items, even then he told me that his manager told him that I would be credited. I've been a loyal customers for years, even in different cites/states, but this is by far the absolute worst Domino's ever...period point blank. Not all, but the half of the staff that I've spoken with have the worst attitudes/customer service ever. Chance after chance has been given for them to redeem themselves, but still no change/difference. I am absolutely disgusted by this location & will not...

The driver tonight was awesome! Kept distance, rang the doorbell, and the salad was left behind - he realized it, left, and came all the way back to base to drop it off. 😭😭😭 so appreciated! I didnt catch his name, unfortunately. I felt so bad about his extra trip. E-highfive!

Edit* Used our free pizza coupon tonight and this was a different person than before. I didnt realize he was standing outside the door. When i went to grab the food, he said he had more deliveries and needed to go. I saw he had left the bag with the food in it in the chair and said I had to take it out if the bag and sign the receipt because it was a safety issue. Odd... If i touch your bag.. And take a pen and receipt two feet from you from your hand... Then what is the point of contactless delivery?? The other guy leaves it all on the chair and rings the doorbell and leaves. Im confused - is it contactless or not? It made sense with the way the other guy did it. This made no sense. I touched the bag, the receipt, his hand, the pen.... He was nice, dont get me wrong. I am not complaining about him, just wondering what...

This was the worst service EVER. I received a text at 2:40 saying my pizza was in the oven and would be ready in 8-10 minutes. After waiting for another text to drive around to pick up my order, another 25 minutes passed. I then called in to see where my order was, when the clerk attempted to literally take my order again until I informed him that my order was already placed. He then said my order was already ready. I asked how long it had been ready because I was NEVER notified. Of course, he wasn't sure. When I drove around the building to pick up, the clerk said he didn't know how long it had been ready because he just got there. I informed him that I have been watching him the ENTIRE time and he was there when I parked! He then goes on to tell me my pizza was still WARM. Needless to say I am furious and will NOT recommend anyone to Dominos of Goldsboro. Side note: There were only 2 cars in the parking (which included mine) when I drove up. One picked up their order and left. As I sat waiting, another car came, parked and picked...
