I hate leaving negative reviews but oh well. Decided to venture this place as I’ve never heard anyone talk about their wings and I LOVE wings. Wanted to support local business. Super excited about the deal we got on the app for $0.75 wings. Even more excited about the amount of flavors to choose from. Got our wings. They were RUBBER. I asked for extra crispy. The inside was also undercooked and I was unable to even pull the meat off the bone. I didn’t eat them and my friend had to recook them in his air fryer. Called that same night and was told to come get a replacement. I would have rather gotten my money back. I went back the next day and begged for extra crispy. I checked my wings WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT. They were overcooked and DRY as the desert. They smelled burnt. The skin was hard and dry. I took pictures immediately and I showed the employees and they agreed. I see I’m not the only one who had this problem with their wings based on reviews. The pictures shown are not eaten wings. This was inside the restaurant when I pulled the chicken apart with my fingers while still inside. Also another review about these mediocre wings. I asked why they have extra crispy on the site and the employee told me they don’t use flour or batter on their wings so I won’t get the extra crispy like I would expect. I should probably go somewhere else. I asked to speak to the owner. Seth called me that next night and I explained the situation and let him know I wasn’t trying to make any demands but I wanted to let him know the situation. I would have liked my $17 but he said that’s not happening. He said he even told his employees they shouldn’t have replaced my wings. He’s never had this complaint before. That’s an obvious lie based on reviews. I’m ok with that though. I can afford to waste $17. We also spent $4 on 4 ranches. They don’t come with ranch. I guess he thought I was out to get over on him. My friend and I couldn’t eat the wings and he gave them to his dog. There was no saving them. Seth called me a liar and said his cooks know what they’re doing and they’re killing it in Goldsboro. I congratulated him on his success but now I see why NO ONE talks about their wings. I notice majority of the good reviews aren’t about wings. They were TERRIBLE. I see I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I don’t wish anything negative on them or their establishment and I’m going to let God handle them and their terrible management and customer service skills. Good job on the flavor variety. Will not be back and do not recommend the wings AT ALL but keep killing it in Goldsboro guys. The rest of the food is probably great but the bone-in wings are HORRIBLE. In my...
Read moreThey get 1 star only because I can't give them zero! We been there a few times before and each time they get worse and worse. We went there last night Oct 31st around 8:30. It was my husband, mother in law, our 3 kids and myself. There was hardly anybody there. Maybe 4 or 5 tables were occupied. We ordered 2 appetizers(pub pretzels and beer dip) and drinks, my husband ordered a beer. It took almost 15 mins for him to get his beer. When we got our appetizers, the cheese dip was cold and hard on top. We then ordered our food. It took almost 45 mins to get our food. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak and another beer. It took her 20 mins to bring him another beer. When we got our food, the entire bottom of the meat was burnt on his sub. There were pieces of charred food in the sandwich(literally black, hard pieces of something) . The meat was so burnt it was hard. It was like the stuff you scrape off of the grill. My buffalo chicken sandwich was burnt on the out side. We never got our mac n cheese. We waited forever for the waitress to come back around to finally ask for it. When they brought it to us, it was ice could with cold shredded cheese on top, like they just got it out of the fridge and sent it out. We sent it back, it took another 15 mins for them to bring it to us. I heard the people next to us also sending their food back because it was could around the same time we did. At that point, the rest of us were done eating and didnt want the mac n cheese. I told the waitress that and she seemed irritated. We asked to see a manager. The manager came out and I was just going to let him know that maybe the cook could use some more training. He then told us that he was the cook that night. We told him what was wrong and showed him the food. He then proceeded to tell us that it was an onion and it was blackened. That this is way they are supposed to cook this sandwich. 😂😂😂 a blackened onion the size of the whole sandwich. He continued to argue with is us and defend his food and cold macaroni and cheese. He was completely rude and unprofessional. He never once apologized. We will not be returning to East Coast...

We tried to kill it with a paper towel, but it got away. We informed our waitress, "Kyndra." She immediately informed the management. I was surprised to be informed that management was "too busy" to come address the issue. We appreciated Kyndra's concern, and she truly attempted to solve our issues. However, I feel it was management's responsibility to address our concerns. I could have stood up in the restaurant and informed all the customers, and I'm sure that would have helped management find the time to not be " too busy." We didn't intend to make a scene, we simply wanted to inform management directly that they may need to inform their pest control service that they needed to be aware of the roaches. Since there was not enough concern from management that night to address us directly, I thought I would publicly let them know of our concern. My next call on Monday will be to the health department, and hopefully, they can find a way to obtain management's attention to the unsanitary roaches crawling on the booth. For reference, our party of four was seated in the booth to the right of the entrance on the back wall directly beside where the servers prepared water, tea, and soft drinks. I would normally address situations like this with management in person, but since they were simply too busy, I feel I need to share publicly for information purposes. They did reduce our bill by 50% in an attempt to make us happy even though we did NOT request that. I personally would rather pay my bill of over a hundred dollars and help the business pay to remove the roaches!!!! They reduced my bill by 50%, but the roaches are still there!!! How does this management decision help local small...
