Dear Jessica, I was the one that waited on you that one day and times before that. I have been working at Fujis for four years now this has nothing to do with anybody being handicapped and how dare you suggest that. You have came in numerous times with one child that was not handicapped and yet almost an equivalent amount of a bowl of rice was on the floor, you do not tip good and nobody wants to wait on you. We are your server not your servant there is a difference. When you came in that day with your family your children were running around, being loud, and you could not control them. Two tables that I know of complained about you. I have multiple handicap people that come in that are obviously handicapped and never once have they made a mess like you do and if they have they cleaned it up same with other mothers if their children make a big mess they have cleaned it up, yes it is our job to clean the tables but when you're being rude and just throwing food on the ground for no reason that's a different story. It took my manager not just 30 minutes to clean it up but three days from rice sticking on the floor and the bottom of the table where its been thrown down and smashed. You never even apologized or acknowledged that massive messes you and your child made. There's only two of us at lunch and it can get extremely busy we don't have time to babysit your children or...
Read moreThis place seems to be loved by the community, but it must solely be a result of a lack of good affordable hibachi options in the area. The “fried” rice was clearly thrown in a pan with a small amount of soy sauce for a few seconds. The chicken was very dry and unseasoned. The chicken was also not properly trimmed so much of the portion was inedible fatty trimmings. The vegetables were not steamed through and also were not seasoned whatsoever. Essentially I received a plate of dry unseasoned chicken, on top of unseasoned cold steamed white rice, with a bland medley of vegetables. My wife got upset with me because I literally refused to consume the disgusting atrocity that was brought to the table. This is something that never happens. The server was a very polite and helpful young lady though. She did a good job at bringing me the disgusting work of the back of the house. My advice. Go to the grocery store and buy a clove of garlic, vegetables, rice, chicken breast, and a bottle of soy sauce. I’m almost certain that even the most inexperienced home cook would make something far better with just those...
Read moreThis has been one of our favorite restaurants for years until last night. The shopping center they’ve moved to is a construction zone, so not exactly a great first impression. The new space is bigger and they were quite busy. We were seated in the middle of a birthday party (very awkward) at a tiny table against a wall. It took a very long time for our food to arrive and when it did, it didn’t look appetizing AT ALL. My husband’s steak was so fatty and full of gristle that it was inedible. My dinner was cold. He sent his plate back with the waitress and asked her to have the kitchen cook new meat. A few minutes later, she brought back the same plate and a knife and told him he would have to cut the fat off of the steak because they couldn’t re-cook it (something about they wouldn’t cook a small piece of meat). He finally got her to take it off our bill and we left. We still had to pay $17.50 for my cold dinner I didn’t eat. I can understand being busy, or even first week open kinks, but the customer service was awful and we have been loyal customers for years. We will take our...
