Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Goldsboro

Worst customer service experience ever. Went to pick up food for a co-worker and myself. Hers was a mobile order, I was ordering in person. She selected drive thru. Went to the drive thru and was told I had to go in. Checked again, and confirmed the order said drive thru. She said we can’t take it here; you have to come inside. It’s pouring rain, and I have two orders to carry, again the order says drive thru. I go inside, and the entire staff is glaring at me, and says here she comes. I have to wait in line, then the cashier immediately starts raising her voice at me and gesturing. I had not raised my voice even slightly. I commented that I didn’t understand why she was being hateful to me. She threw her hands in the air and told another employee to “deal with her.” He explains that people keep claiming they don’t receive their mobile order, so this location only makes people come inside. First, I shouldn’t be punished for someone else’s actions, and second, how does that fix the issue whether it’s picked up inside or at the window? He still doesn’t take my second order and tells another girl to do it. She takes the order, doesn’t say anything, and walks away while I’m paying. Never gives me a receipt, never says another word. I ask the second person that helps me for cocktail sauce and ketchup. He looks me dead in the eye and tosses hot sauce in my bag and walks away. Another employee laughs extremely loud as I walk away. The most humiliating experience and absolutely ridiculous to allow such behavior. I never yelled, raised my voice, cursed, or anything. And for an entire staff to act so rude and so juvenile. And after returning to work, we notice some food missing from the order. I absolutely will never return...

Popeyes are great. Right now they feature a blueberry cream cheese turnover. While they are very warm eat them it is fantastic. I love their chicken and the sweet heat sauce is awesome.servive was slow and shift change was going on so I had to wait for my turnovers I had to pull over to the side lol...2ithdrs before me were there to.i mosied on up into the curve and almost blocked everyone going thru But I was just waiting for blueberry cream cheese my first ones. After a while I was still there and had new ones behind me but I still say in that hot sun waiting because they had to be awesome...after I was there for 20 minutes someone came out and asked if I was waiting for the pies I said yes.. during shift change the orders got a little mixed up but it was coming soon. And Yelp here it comes But it wasn't what I ordered..so back to the drawing board I wanted the 8piecd special with 3pies and am extra lg side of beans and rice. The girl asked if I needed anything else while I was Waiting I said please bring me an extra large sweet tea I was so hot but another 8 minutes went by and she came out again no tea but this time I did have chicken but no sweet heat and I just said thank you and left the fast food was all together I was there for 43 minutes and didn't get ugly. Because my intention was to stop and get 1of the best chicken sandwiches around and even though my order was way to much I wanted to surprise friends with Popeyes And for my wait time she gave me some fries but they were cold and floppy..it was ok I didn't want fries. I love Popeyes and at that corner u have many choices I choose Popeyes. Great food the covid thing has restaurant staff messed up.no help...

Seems like every time I go, they either take 20 minutes to fill my order (usually a couple of chicken sandwich combos), the food is wrong or something else. We went to pick up dinner the other night and they gave our order to someone else who drove away and then came back because their order was wrong. They then tried walk that food over to our car and said “we gave your food to them by accident”. We refused to take it because it’s just nasty to try and give people food that someone else has already dug around in. We don’t know if they’re sick or if they’re scratching their private before digging around in food. Then they’re gonna try and give us that same food??? Nah. So we got a $20 credit after speaking with corporate. Well then I try to get dinner again a few nights ago and I’m standing in the restaurant for 30 MINUTES waiting on 2 chicken sandwich combos. Ridiculous. They put those little stickers on top of the drinks which I told them they didn’t have to do. So I didn’t try the drinks until I got home, and wouldn’t you know… THEY WEREN’T CARBONATED. I took a swig of nasty Dr. Pepper syrup water. Same thing with my wife’s Diet Coke. This Popeyes location in Goldsboro needs to pull it together. They have like 10 people working back there and none of them seem to know how to run a fast...
