We just bought an absolutely beautiful diamond ring at Barnes Jewellers in Goldsboro, NC. And to say that we received top-shelf treatment doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our experience was. Two months ago I hadn't even heard of Barnes Jewellers, since I don't live in Goldsboro, but a friend of mine told me that I should check it out, and I'm very glad that I did! My initial contact was with Scott, who truly took his time to educate me while showing me an amazing array of choices, never once making me feel pressured or rushed... finding just the right diamond and setting for us was his primary goal. When I decided what I wanted and that exact diamond wasn't currently in stock, Stephen, the owner, informed me that he periodically hand-selects diamonds from Antwerp, Belgium, and offered to find one for specifically for us. He literally searched through hundreds of diamonds and located the perfect diamond for us... at an amazing price! I didn't even know service like this was possible at a jewelry store, but I can say without reservation that if you want to receive outstanding service and selection by great people of the highest integrity, you should definitely go to Barnes Jewellers... if I could give it more than 5...

They are a family business, and in turn they take pride in treating their clients like family, as well. We definitely appreciate that, as well as the patience and knowledge they display when I come in with or without ideas of things Iâd like to get Tiffany. They take their time and go over things with me, from smaller items such as Pandora charms all the way to 10 Year Anniversary Diamonds. I donât live in Goldsboro, and there are jewelers who are closer to me. That doesnât matter though, because when the time comes for jewelry, thereâs no doubt Iâm going to Barnes. I recommend anyone else...

I, my daughter and my son decided to look for the one she wanted so we went to this one store where the young woman who attended us whose name appears on the purchase receipt was too antisocial, very bad and useless. She attended us without any cordiality, I am a cosmetologist and I know about customer service so I dare to say that she is too inconvenient for this store, too bad my husband had paid $ 175 for the jewel and for her attitude and no help we decided to buy online like that that he had to return us 117 dollars which we only wanted to exchange for other jewels.
