We went to this location to eat inside. It was noon. Common lunch time hour. We were all very excited to eat here because we donāt have a jack in the box where we live. 2 out of four of us had never eaten there before at all!!! It was fairly empty. There was not a line. We walk in and stand at the counter to await someone to walk up and take our order. As we wait we see two employees. A girl slowly frying some food and a guy with a head set occasionally walking back and forth grabbing items for the drive through customers. There were only two cars at the drive threw when we arrived and there were none we we left. Anyway, none of those two said anything to us when we walked in. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter they still had not said a word to us. Three more people walk in and get in line behind us. We continue to wait. The two employee have made visual notice that we have been waiting for over five minutes and they continue to make visual notice as more people come in. BUT THEY STILL DO NOT SAY A WORD! They continue to slowly do small task without verbally acknowledging that we are there or letting us that someone will be with us soon. Itās now been over 10 minutes. The three people who came in after us decide to leave very unhappy. The worker see they left and still donāt say anything to assure us that someone will eventually come. A few minutes after they left our group decided we had enough. We left very unhappy that we were never acknowledged much less had our order taken. We stood there for almost 15 minutes with two employee in our sight at all times. Looking at ya...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo start off with we stopped at this location on our way home because we do not have Jack in the Box where we live. The guy who took our order was very nice and kept apologizing for everything. So anything we tried to order we were told they did not have. When we finally found a few items they had they we were okay with we drive to the window and paid. After waiting there for a while we were given our food and told to have a good day. After driving off and getting on the Interstate we were greeted with burnt onion rings and Old cold dry Hamburgers. It was so bad that my dog would not even eat the food. The only thing that was consumable were the drinks. So after spending $40 here (which we got no receipt for) we had to throw out our food and get off at another exit and spend another $40 at Whataburger so we could actually eat. I've worked fast food before it's not difficult especially when you don't have more than half of your product in the store so you have a minimal menu. Everything should have been Hot and fresh. The employees lack of care in how they serve their product definitely shows. We were sadly disappointed and will not be returning when we come back to town. However Whataburger did not...
Read moreThe tacos are the perfect example of bad food turned good. I do not feel they should be called "tacos" as they do not have the texture, taste or look of anything that has ever been called a taco, but I have been eating them since they were 4 for a dollar. I remember when they blew up the original Jack-in-the-box clown 𤔠because they wanted to be taken more seriously about their food. A late night staple among the bar crowd because of the copious amount of grease that will coat your stomach like a pickup truck bed liner. The grease is so thick it can last through two days of heavy drinking. I will probably pass away with it's tangy grease pumping through my veins. And I take my statement about not being called "tacos", after all the other Hamburger Clown calls that smashed bird crap "McChicken" and we all know there is no...
