Arrived here and no one was at the counter to take my order for me and my two kids so I used the self service touchscreen menu to order. I paid and the time printed on my recept was 7:51. We waited at our table for a while before I started getting worried that they had forgotten about us. My husband went to the counter and stood for about 5 more minutes to see what had happened, it was now 8:14. The girl asked what we ordered and he gave her the recept (mistake because she didn't give it back and I was definitely going to take the survey). She told him she would bring it out in a few minutes so he sat back down. We watched as our fries and kids meals sat on the tray getting cold. Apparently the hold up was a double cheese burger. So at 8:29 our cold food was brought to the table. We were tired of waiting so we agreed to just eat it considering we all didn't want to wait to have it remade and chance having someone spit in our food. I unwrapped my double cheese burger and seen there was no cheese I was disappointed but was just going to eat it anyway. I seen the pickles were all stuck in a ball on one side so I took the top bun off to rearrange them I noticed something moving in my mayonnaise. It was a bug! We were all so grossed out that my husband took the burger to the counter to show them and they said they would remake it. After the remake we were all to disgusted to eat so our food got thrown away and we just left considering they now had a line of mad people waiting on food and alot of orders in the drive thru that were wrong. Oh And all of the tables were dirty so we had to ask for napkins that were behind the counter to clean off our table. They didnt have napkins or ketchup out for customers to get for themselves. Read moreI pulled into the drive-thru at 11:43 pm 2 nights ago (Friday night). They supposedly close at 12 pm. I was the 3rd car back in one lane/line. The other lane/line had no cars in it. So I figured that lane was closed. After waiting about 8 mins and no advancement in the line, the car behind me pulls over into the other lane and up to where you order. So it was open after all, which prompts me to also pull into that lane since I am still the third car back in the first lane after waiting now almost 10 mins. As soon as I pull into that lane the guy in front of me pulls off, and I can now place my order, right?WRONG! Apparently, this McDonald’s advertises that they are open til 12 am although they close earlier if they feel like it! I was there at 11:43 pm and they never took one order during that time! People were angry and peeling out. One guy even stopped at the window and tried to get their attention. But no one ever opened the window until he pulled off. I was just passing the window when I saw it open. I stopped and a girl stuck her head out of the window and looked at the man who had just pulled off. Then she looked at me. So I asked her why they would allow us to sit there a little over 20 mins and then turn off the lights, all knowing that we were in line well before 12 am. She shook her head as if saying “no,” and did a “cut” across her neck Indic asking closer or some So I guess that was her best answer! These employees do NOT care that you waited in line well before closing time! I think when it’s near closing time, they just want to leave and could care less about about the customers! Read moreIt was about 7:15 p.m. and I was literally the only customer inside or at the drive through. It felt like the a/c system was off and was easily 80+ degrees inside. l ordered 3 ice cream sundaes as an after dinner treat for my family, but was forced to use a kiosk as there was no one at the counter- for a moment, I thought the store was abandoned. The only fast thing about the kiosk was how quickly it took my money. It did not print a receipt or give me an order number. I went back to the counter and had to wait a full 5 minutes before I saw a live person, who must have have been unhappy she lost a bet of who could hide the longest from customers because she looked at me, didn't say a word, and went back in the same direction she came, not to be seen again. Over the next few minutes, I began to notice people randomly popping out from places in the back. Not 1 of the 5 associates I saw in total even acknowledged me during my 15+ minute wait.
5 employees, 1 customer- 3 sundaes, 15 minute wait.
And it gets better: number 5 eventually makes it to the counter holding all 3 sundaes in a cluster using both hands. She did not say a word, and roughly set them down and began to walk away. I did get a reaction when I asked for a carrier- she stopped, turned to look at me sideways, rolled her eyes and emitted something akin to a "tsk" sound. She eventually found one and brought it to the counter, whereupon I said thank you. Her reply? Another "tsk" as she walked away.
