If I could give this location a 0 I would but I'll settle for a 1-star. Sadly, it's not because of the food which is average but it's due to the horrible service that I received today from Jeff, the manager. I live in Buckeye to which of course they don't deliver (who does right, lol). I placed an order for pick up for a large sausage and mushroom-thin crust. The young lady repeated the order three times. There was a twenty minute wait. I gave an extra ten minutes and began my thirty-minute (rt) drive to pick it up. I picked it up thirty minutes following my call only to discover the order was incorrect!! "We will re-make it for you and I'll take your payment now."
I was blown away by the dismissiveness of their error. No apologies, no accountability...:nothing. Further, the manager went on to place the blame on me saying "I don't know if the error was on our end our yours." What!?!? I said, "yours, this young lady repeated the order three times."
It isn't the fact that a mistake was made because we all make mistakes. It was the way it was handled. As a customer who is traveling thirty minutes to pick up a pizza I walk in the door expecting an appreciation for my business. This establishment clearly doesn't value my patronage. I asked him directly (since he didn't offer) would he be giving a discount on my pizza to which he stated "um no...you're getting what you paid for you just have to wait a little longer."
Maybe he didn't realize I'd called ahead to avoid the wait. Maybe he didn't realize that I'd already drive another 15 (+) minutes in the opposite direction when I could have chosen another pizza carrier to deliver to my home. Maybe he didn't realize that I'd been looking forward to this...but none the less I give him my card and pay to end this interaction as quickly as possible.
Shortly the pizza is finished....and what is this!?!? Not what I've ordered!?!? I've ordered thin-crust...this is more like pan. I asked another patron to look at it and she concurred. At this point all I needed for a refund. I left with no pizza, an hour gone that I won't get back and a poor taste in my mouth for Barro's that didn't come down food. I'm tired of giving businesses my time and money who do not value their customers nor go through the effort of offering a food experience. And WORSE of all for me as a mother of a teenager is the poor example that Jeff set for that young teenager who is there learning how to have good work ethnic and provide good service. She certainly didn't learn it from Jeff that day.

So last night my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza from this location and let me tell you... It's like the pizza God's came down from heaven themselves and threw together the most heavenly pizza on planet Earth. Like they have some settings on their sweet little oven that says "perfectly placed toppings, enough cheese to constipate a horse, and just the right amount of sauce" this place is A1. Cream of the crop. I recently moved to Goodyear and we ordered from here for the first time last night and I've never had a more perfect pizza in my life. Whoever was making your pizzas last night... Give them a raise. No, let them run that joint, they know what they're doing.
Also, we knocked back a few cocktails watching the supercross last night so couldn't drive. We decided to order delivery and the time frame they gave us was up to 70 minutes. But that didn't stop the heros that work here. They had it to us in under an hour and I swear I'm not sure if it was the booze or just the fact that this place is perfect but the delivery driver may have been wearing a cape.
Though this place proved not all heros wear capes. Thanks for the perfect pizza and timely, friendly, service Barros! You're now our pizza place...
