Please don't order through Panera to have food delivered to you. I placed an order directly through them, only to never receive it. When I called Panera to check on the status, I was told it was delivered. When I told them I never received it, I received the worst customer service ever. Not only did they keep telling me it was delivered, they ask me to check to see if someone else received it. I was also told to call Door Dash to see what happened with the order. So I hung up, then called the Door Dash to see what happened. Story short, Door Dash never received an order to pick up from Panera. Keep in mind I order through Panera, THEY place the order with someone else. I then call back Panera only to be told to call another delivery service, Grub Hub. Why do I need to call anyone when I place the order directly through Panera? YOU then choose the delivery service company picking it up. So I then spoke with the manager and was told they don't know what happened to the order. That they don't know who pick it up.The manager also said that I would receive my money back, and if I wanted my order, it needed to be replaced. Why would I replace the order on your website after this experience?
What upsets me, I always order through Panera, and it always arrives at my job. I'm the one that receives all the deliveries in my office. There is only one entrance to the building and I sit in front of it. To be told to ask my coworkers, to call the delivery company that only you know who pick it up, even though I ordered it through "YOU", is unprofessional. To top it off with saying, "Your not getting your order because no one is available to deliver it....please re-order, only shows you need to be retrained in your customer service skills. Furthermore, since I always order deliveries through Panera, I always receive a confirmation email from You when the order was delivered. Yet, I never received the email confirmation to this order saying it was delivered as YOU CLAIMED!
Don't order deliveries through Panera. They will just blame it on Door Dash...
   Read moreExtremely poor customer service from the manager, Solonda. She was rude over the phone and just as rude in person. I called in to place seven orders for work, and she acted as if she was super busy. I felt rushed and even felt bad that I was holding her up on the phone with all the orders. I figured there must be an early morning rush, but when I arrived to pick up the food, the store was completely empty. I was literally the only customer inside. There were three employees behind the counter, and I knew as soon as I approached who the female was I spoke with over the phone because she was still talking to me in the same rude manner. No warm inviting greeting, no smile, nothing. Not only was she talking to me like this, but she was treating her coworkers in the same manner. I could sense the tension between them, and it made me extremely uncomfortable to watch. As I was paying, a sweet elderly lady walked in and informed her that one of the doors into the building was still locked. Solonda didnât say thank you for notifying her or apologize for inconveniencing the customer but instead responded with a curt âokayâ followed by a bark to a coworker to go unlock the door. As I was finishing paying, Solonda skipped over an order and told me she was done ringing me up. I had to inform her there was one more order to pay for. Again, no apology for her mistake. She just responded with how much I owe for the missed order. To sum it up, Solonda was rude to me, other customers, and even to her coworkers. Definitely not the way I wanted to start off my morning with all the rudeness and awkward tension. To be frank, we will not be ordering from this location again and will be taking our business to the Panera Bread on McDowell...

I assumed that the first time was âjust a bad dayâ and decided not to base my opinion on one visit. This location is âclosestâ to my home, so I decided to try it one more time. The food was horrible, sandwich tasted burnt, one piece of chicken, and a few shredded pieces. The salad was brown, the croutons arenât homemade anymore. I have been living abroad for the past 3 years, so who knows⌠maybe this is the new standard for Panera now. However, I will say this is DEF not the Panera I knew & loved and last had in 2019. My 1 year can make a better plate of food than what I received for $30 (2 Pick 2âs). To top it off, I was already not feeling well this just made my stomach worse. I do NOT recommend this location. Iâm 100% sure you could get better food at a gas station. This location doesnât even deserve a single star, it was simply for the review.
