BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Goodyear

I have seen these places around Phoenix and since building one here in Goodyear I thought I would try. First impression, big menu , looks good, prices not so bad. After ordering and finding somewhere to sit is where my impression started going downhill. Sitting area was all dirty , 5 female employees on their phones with no motivation to clean. Tried my buttermilk glaze donut that I love so much and it did not taste fresh, My donut was dry and tasted like a few days old. Mango smoothie tasted like blended syrup, no one hardly uses fresh anymore like my other favorite shop I go too. My sausage and egg croissant wasn't warm and fluffy. The croissant seems like it was toasted which made it bland and dry with burn marks . The sausage wasn't so bad and the egg had no flavor. My husband and I came for breakfast sandwiches and a smoothie . They asked what we wanted in the window and stayed silent for a few minutes. We said hello and they said anything else? Yes, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg. We pulled up. Took a very long time to come to window. No one was in the building ordering or drive thru. She comes to window we repeat our order and asked if we want sliced bread? No we asked for croissants please. After minutes later she brings food. We ask for a receipt, as she’s getting it printed. Supposed to be the best donuts in AZ but they’re actually the worse! Previously, during the grand opening, they told me they had a 10% military discount. Now, all of a sudden it’s no longer a discount? Weird! I’ve never heard of a business having a military discount and then abruptly, not? Also during this visit, the donut holes we purchased were stale! I sent an email regarding the stale donuts and asked about the military discount but, no response! This was about 2 months ago.
