Express Donuts — Restaurant in Goodyear

This is my first time here... everything you have heard about these donuts are true! These are the best donuts I have ever had in my ENTIRE Life!!! The raised donuts are the lightest, fluffiest I have ever had! I don't know what method or secret they use, but it works!!! And the frosting is perfect... and spread on each donut so carefully as to cover it exactly and look like a photo commercial! Someone with a perfectionist personality is frosting these donuts... because they look nothing like the sloppy mess donuts you get at Dunkin. The maple bar, glazed donut holes, apple fritter, raised crumb... all taste like a sacred moment as I chew them. Congratulations to the people/family who work there... because you are worthy of all the compliments that all the reviewers are giving you. Hands down the best donuts I have EVER eaten.

Express Donuts: Maple Bacon Bar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars - It's the only acceptable way to consume a pig for breakfast.

I want to personally thank the mad genius who invented this donut. They should be awarded a Nobel Prize, or at least a lifetime supply of these Maple Bacon Bars.

This is not some delicate dessert. This is a full-contact breakfast experience. The donut base is soft, springy, and so fresh it feels like it was baked by tiny, enthusiastic sugar sprites. The maple glaze is aggressive and perfect.

Forget those lazy donuts with two flimsy strips of bacon draped over them like they're trying to look fancy. NO. This donut is a maple-glazed battlefield of glorious, chopped-up bacon shrapnel! Every single bite delivers a chunky, salty, crunchy explosion of real pork. It's like they took a whole pan of perfectly crisp bacon, pulverized it with a hammer, and then showered this donut with the delicious carnage. I tried to share it. I held out the box, looked into my spouse's eyes, and then quickly snatched it back, mumbling something about "quality control." They understood. This donut turns friends into enemies and diets into forgotten history.

If the world ends, I hope I have one of these. It's truly a thing of salty, sweet, chopped-up beauty. Buy it. Buy two. Hide...

I am not giving the one star, for the quality of the donuts. They are exceptional! I am giving the one star, for the unacceptable customer service, I received. Express opens during the week, at 5 am. I arrived around 5:45 am and much to my surprise, about a 1/4 of the donut selection was only available! Every single donut that I requested, from the older female (I think the mom) was not ready, she told me. So I was trying to figure out which other donuts my family may like. She clearly annoyed that I was taking a little time to think about what I wanted. This again was at 5:45, in the morning. Not one other person was in the store. She was huffing and puffing, and rolling her eyes! Pretty unacceptable to me! This is the second time, that I have had this type of encounter, with her but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, last time, thinking maybe she was having a bad day. Bottom line, your store advertises, that you open at 5:00 a.m. you should have your complete selection of donuts ready and available to your paying customers. And if you do not, you should apologize for the inconvenience and NOT take it out on...
