Every time I walk into this location the entire mood of the place is off. The employees are rude, uninviting, and seem irritated that you are walking in. Today I went and ordered 3 sandwiches: 2 giants and 1 regular. While I was ordering the girl was giving off a lot of rude looks. Once I got my order I notice they gave me and rang me up for 1 giant and 2 medium. I go to the register and I say to my daughter “I’m surprised, they never get my order wrong” as I say that the manager (a heavier young girl with glasses) asks me how they got my order wrong so I tell her I ordered a giant not a medium and right when I say that the little girl with a pound of make up on chimes in and says “no you didn’t” and I proceed to tell her I did in fact order a giant. She continued to go back and for with me another 4 times saying that’s not what I ordered while the manager stood there asking me what I ordered, NEVER correcting her employee. I tell her to ring me up so I can pay for ANOTHER medium and the manager says “so you don’t want to pay for the other half” and I tell her I have no problem paying considering what was rang up was wrong and that I’m not going to sit there and argue with this little girl about what I ordered. A simple “oh I’m sorry let me right you up for another medium” would have been appropriate. I asked for the manager, which the heavier girl let me know she was the manager so I asked for someone above her because I’ve never had someone sit there and argue with me like a child about what I ordered. She went to the back as the employee sat there smiling in my face. Then the “manager” comes and gives me a number for someone named Jennifer as she’s smiling in a mocking manner like they know complaining isn’t going to have any effect on them. This Jimmy John’s customer service is the worst fast food customer service I have ever received and is horrible every time I’ve been there. But as I look at other Google reviews having the same issues as me, it is apparent that the owner of this location doesn’t care about their customers. Read moreThis was the most frustrating experience I've ever had trying to place an order. I was the only person in the store, but had to repeat myself multiple times. Then in the middle of it, the guy behind the register ran off to answer the phone even though there were at least 2 other people behind the counter not doing anything. So someone else tried to pick up where the first one left off, and they didn't repeat it back to me but gave me a total of $27 for 2 simple subs. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking there was no way they got something wrong with how many times I repeated myself. When I got the order I checked the receipt and realized I had been charged for the gargantuan sub, when I had ordered a plain slim with extra toppings. So I took it to the counter and apologized, and asked them to remake it, and was met with rudeness from a totally different person. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain why it was wrong and what I actually needed, and at one point he got extra snarky with "do you want to watch me make the sandwich or what". So I started from the beginning again, said I just needed a plain slim ham and cheese with light lettuce, pickles onions and yellow mustard. While they were making it the original guy I had talked to, that ran off to get the phone, came up and asked what was wrong. When I told him all I got was "my bad". No refund of the difference between the totals of what I actually wanted and what I was charged for, no apology, nothing. Then I got the remake and everything written on the receipt was correct, but the actual sub was still wrong, not to mention being uncut. Needless to say, I will not go to this location again. Read moreI don’t know what is going with this particular spot, but they have been falling off for the last 2 years and it does not seem hopeful that they will recover. I waited 10 minutes for my order to even be taken and there was no one in front of me. Then I waited 30+ minutes for 3 sandwiches and two people who came in after me, got their food before me - they did not order single sandwiches, the one guy had two bags worth of stuff. This makes no sense to me. When they do call me for my sandwiches, they are wrapped like a toddler did it, and the side sauce is not in the bag. I explicitly asked the worker if there was sauce on the sandwich and he lied to my face and said there wasn’t. Gave me a side of oil and vinegar and mayo packs. They don’t deliver outside of a certain area for the very reason of sogginess. I get home and the sandwich has oil and vinegar and mayo on it. It is also entirely and completely missing the meat and cheese. Called back for a refund on the sandwich? Nope. She can’t process anything like that it has to be the owner. She takes my number and says “Doug” will call tomorrow to fix it. Never heard from Doug. I guess I paid to learn a lesson. Will not be going back to this location.
