Oh My! It was a family birthday dinner. Absolutely the worse service and worst food I have ever had. We came at 4:30 pm on Sunday to miss the big crowds and it still took 3 hours to serve us dinner and dessert. It was Happy Hour but we were told we couldn't have any Happy Hour drink prices unless we sat in the bar or patio. Since we were a table of 7, we opted for the patio. From there it was downhill. It was 52 minutes from the time we finally got to order dinner to the time it actually showed up. The green chili stew, supposedly a special recipe dish, was so salty it was inedible. Described as "Award Winning Green Chili Pork Stew....topped with shredded cabbage (sic) Pico de Gallo. It was literally a scant 1/2 of a cup of over salted stew in a baby fry pan with three of the tiniest shreds of cabbage on top. No Pico whatsoever. Accompanied by a cold cup of black beans. My husband's beef fajitas was chewy and overcooked. I had to drink water constantly from taking a bite of the stew but our water was never refilled by anyone. I asked three times (since the waitress only appeared three times in three hours). We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks because we couldn't get service at our table. The birthday girl asked for a Bloody Mary. She was told they didn't have Bloody Mary mix. She then asked for their specialty drink listed on the menu - Kalua Colada. We were told they didn't have the ingredients. Then she asked for a frozen margarita and was told they could only make it on the rocks. Are you kidding me??? What Mexican food restaurant can't make a frozen margarita? When we were leaving, other patrons literally mentioned that they saw our terrible service and wondered if they had just forgotten us? For this, my husband paid $150 for food for three and $100 for drinks for the table. This didn't include the food bill for the other four members of the family. Memorable for the worse food and service we...

Read moreMy girlfriend and I recently visited this location for lunch on a Saturday. I am not one to go online and write reviews trashing a place, but this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. We sat on the patio. The entire area was a mess. There was food on the ground and the table was filthy. The waitress noticed the table was a mess and said she’s be back to clean it off. While she was there she asked if we were ready to order, but we never had been given menus. She brought us menus but didn’t clean the table. I ordered a draft beer and a couple street tacos, and my girlfriend ordered a margarita sampler and an enchilada. When our drinks came, my beer tasted awful like it was poured into an unclean glass. My girlfriends drinks were all warm. When the food came I noticed my plate was worn and looked heavily used. No big deal, but it made me start looking closer. I noticed the corner of the plate was broken and had a sharp edge. I could have gotten past that, but then I saw the one thing that completely disgusted me. There was a large black hair on the edge of my plate peeking out from under one of the tortillas. I was speechless. When I pointed it out to the waitress she offered to bring me a fresh order. I was completely disgusted, so I declined. I wasn’t about to eat anything out of that kitchen. No manager ever came to ask how we were doing, and everyone seemed like they were lost. The back servers were carrying around trays of food but didn’t know who ordered what, so they asked each table if what they had in the tray was what they ordered. Overall it was very poorly managed, completely disorganized and unsanitary.
If you want Mexican food, go someplace else! This restaurant is terrible. I will not...
