Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Goodyear

Ok, first of all I don’t normally leave very negative reviews of restaurants, but in this case I feel compelled to. I want to add that I ordered this from UberEats. The Uber service was great no problem there. My mother ordered the Pad Thai and it was very spicy. It does not note on the online menu that is spicy. I ordered the three cheese tortellini pesto and it was so salty that it ruined the dish in addition the amount of chicken breast that I received on my bowl was less than half of what was included with the PadThai order. I literally had four bites of chicken and I don’t take big bites. lol We added pot stickers as they were highly rated and again they were spicy!!!! I have never in my life had spicy potstickers. I don’t know if the people who prepared our meals had no taste buds or what happened? We used to enjoy the food here, but we will not be going back again. Ps even though we didn’t eat in I still rated the service as one star and atmosphere as one star based solely upon how poorly our entire food experience was. Dine at your own risk. 8/22 was our 2nd visit at the Goodyear location. First visit the prior week - food was good, but it took 26 minutes to get our food. They were new and super busy, so we were cool with it. Last night was a different animal. 😞 After 45 minutes, food was brought to us. Mine was completely wrong so I took it back and let them know. Correct dish came after we hit the 1 hour and 5 minute mark, so we took that to go. Later discovered the bowl was half full and there were only 4 small (1" squares-ish) of chicken. It still tasted good. Husband ordered Buffalo chicken mac-n-cheese. Bowl half full (maybe that's normal?), and the macaroni was 90% plain, no flavor, no cheese - just one little blob of cheese on one side of the bowl.

Sorry for the specifics. Everyone working there was friendly, though understandably stressed!

We will start with the good: Great food and good customer service. I had the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo and it was delicious! My husband had the Japanese Pan noodles which he liked and we had a side of the Wisconsin Mac and cheese also good. The bad: The dining area needs a good cleaning. There were 3 or 4 gnats in the Freestyle Coke machine where you put your cup to fill up and it was dirty. Dried soda splashed all in there which is why the gnats were there. I swatted them out of that area to fill up my cup and honestly we thought about leaving but thought well we'll just sit far away from the soda machine. However, it didn't help we came to find there were gnats all over the place. During our whole meal we were swatting gnats. We should have just left with our food but were trying to just...
