This evening I had the misfortune of dealing with a manager at the pebble Creek location by the name of Jody, who was very rude to me throughout my entire experience. He seemed to be a bit perturbed because I didn’t want to use the automated system and talk with someone that I most likely could not understand their English. When I told him I would rather order with him he put me on hold for over two minutes for no reason. He had the audacity to tell me that it slow down production whenever someone doesn’t want to use the system. He also told me that I may want to consider getting their app. I told him that was a my decision to consider their app, and that I could make said decision without him… and I didn’t ask him for such information. When he came back to the phone he had an inappropriate, bothered with me, tone and was unprofessional, in the way he spoke to me. I asked for some toppings to be on half of my pizza but conveniently when I got home all of the toppings were on the entire pizza. That was not what I ordered. I asked if he could replace the pizza and send someone to bring it as I had been inconvenienced. He said no and that there was no one to do that. He never apologized for my inconvenience or the fact that I was unhappy with my experience. I had to drive back and get another pizza which did not look appetizing at all and seemed a little dry as well. I asked to speak with him so that I could thank him for at least replacing the pizza but he refused to come and talk with me. He told the young lady at the front desk that’ll tell me he was swamped, very busy. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that he was lying to me. I am not the type to write a review or complain but this experience was out of line. The manager is unprofessional at best. I ordered my food online and was sent an email confirming 35 min delivery. I was patient but after an hour I still hadn't received my delivery so I called in to see what was going on. The manager told me that he was going to call the delivery driver but did not because I did ask. At this time I was still on hold. I opened my box and my pizza was soggy and cold. I called the store back on another line and told the manager I was the person he left on hold and let him know that my pizza was soggy and cold. Mind you this was the stuffed crust cheese pizza. I asked for some reimbursement for my pizza which was cold and soggy and the managers attitude took a change for the worst. I asked if he was the manager and if I could get his name. He refused. I asked for a corp number and he said it in a childlike taunting tone loud and high pitched. I asked him to repeat the number because i was only able to catch the first 4 numbers due to the way he said it and he refused and hung up on me. Read moreI submitted an online order earlier in the afternoon to schedule for delivery at 5:30pm. I called at 5:40pm and asked if the food was on its way. They told me it was already en route. at 6:20pm, I called again because the food still hadn't been delivered. They put me on hold. After 10 mins, I called on another line and they answered right away. They told me that the delivery driver had multiple stops and I'm the last one on the route. If what they are saying is accurate, that means my food had been in the car for over an hour by the time it would arrive. I called again at 6:30pm and they told me the driver showed up and said we told them we want a refund instead. No one showed up to my house and they just cancelled the order after we had waited over an hour for our food to be delivered. I confirmed with them I have cameras on my yard and at my door they can review to show no one came. In addition, the driver would have had to come through the guard gate and provide my address, in which no one did. I then asked to speak to a manager.
