I ordered via drive thru. My order consisted of (2) Iced quad espresso with 4 pumps white chocolate mocha, 3 pumps toffee nut syrup, with creme, extra caramel drizzle over light ice in a Venti cup. The final cost was about $10.50.
First issue was both cups were not evenly filled even though they were the same exact drinks. I understand it’s impossible to get the measurements exactly the same but the difference of each was embarrassingly drastic. I was pretty shocked but didn’t make it a big deal. I simply asked the gal who gave me the drinks if she could PLEASE fill up the cups with creme. The gal in the drive thru was pleasant and professional. If I had to make an educated guess she seemed to be fairly new because she asked another girl what she should do in this situation. The other girl said, “this is very inconvenient make sure to let them know next time they’ll be charged extra since they did get light ice but want the cups filled up.” Mind you it’s a drive thru and I literally heard everything. Last time I checked when purchasing any drink you’d expect it to be filled up!
If she’s a manager or higher up or trying to train a new employee there should be some type of professionalism. Is it THAT hard to be a leader and tell me herself she would have to charge extra next time? Literally I was less than 3 feet away!
Why am I being penalized by charging me extra for CREME just because I ordered light ice?! FYI I’ve been a gold member since 2013 which probably means this isn’t my first time ordering this drink and no I’ve NEVER had this issue or been put in such an awkward position.
To the gal who wanted to have the new girl charge a customer for extra creme... you might want to put the self serving creme containers (which are FREE) that are left out for customers away or start charging them too! Make sure to do so with EVERY Starbucks in AZ, the country, and most...

Multiple times my drink has been made wrong and it BLOWS MY MIND how this could possibly happen. I only a cappuccino but for some reason someone thinks it’s missing Aspartame or Cinnamon or Vanilla or Chocolate… I have pretty bad allergies to Aspartame and I’ve voiced this on many occasions, as well as my dislike for anything other than what I ordered. Today, Feb 20, my drink tasted like sewage and I didn’t catch it until I took the first sip after I returned home. I called and they said I had to return for them to make my drink right because they cannot refund me over the phone. I came back, voiced my concerns, the girl took my coffee and went inside. A couple minutes later she opened the window to tell me that she couldn’t remake my drink because I used a swear word. I think she forgot that SHE TOOK MY DRINK FROM ME so I had essentially paid for nothing. I had to explain to her that she took my money & my drink and I’ll just call the cops since they want to steal from people. My drink was finally remade but only after several others were helped that were not before me. I will never be back to this location because the employees repeatedly do their job wrong and expect people to be happy sunshine & rainbows about having allergic reactions, due to their negligence, not the customers’, or else they’ll take your money but won’t...
Read moreWe spent $33 on tickets and $48 on food. Based on their advertising we expected an amazing experience. It was a mediocre ecperience at best. Food was below average. When you pay $48- for a burger, onion rings, fries, popcorn and a diet coke it should be spectacular! Service was awful. I ordered onion rings, they didn't have them and gave me fries instead. Did not give me the difference in cost between the two back. At least my food came right away and was hot. 15 minutes into the movie and my wife's food still hadn't come. The server had come back twice with food for the people first below and then above us. As the server was leaving my wife about her food. The server said "someone else is bringing it" and left. My wife waited about 5 more minutes then went out to the lobby to ask about her food. The girls in the lobby called back to the kitchen who said yes it was sitting there. They told my wife to go back to her seat and her food would be brought to her. A different server brought the food. It wasn't hot anymore after sitting for 30 minutes. Definitely NOT...
