Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Goshen

I have come here several times and had an amazing experience. HOWEVER, I went in there today and they had a completely different team that I did not enjoy. There were 2 girls at the front register that were talking about a customer they did not like. To give insight, they mentioned, "you should have seen the look she tried to give me. I was like I'm not the one". These two girls gave the vibe that they would rather be ANYWHERE else. There was a girl making my sandwich. She didn't say much and that's fine but I was bothered that her mask was pulled down to her chin. I dont care if places require or don't require masks, it simply gave me the impression that she wasn't following the rules and no one around her cared. With something like this it makes you wonder what other rules they dont follow (cleanliness, food safety, etc) and no one in the store cares. I was sad to not see the happy, customer focused faces that I'm used to seeing at...

I just went there and bought six subs and the Guy behind the register couldn’t hear or wouldn’t speak up and got two of my subs wrong. I also ordered no tomatoes on two other subs and there were tomatoes on there. So I had my girlfriend call the manager and try to figure out something because instead of getting 2 Number 16’s I got two number 6’s, which is just avocado and cheese. I had my girlfriend call the store to try to figure something out and the manager blamed us instead of trying to come to a solution. I spent almost $50 there on my six subs and for him to try to not even come to a solution is childish. They also didn’t have markings to keep people 6 feet from each other so people were all close to each other and I was freaked out in the corner #covd19. So I haven't ate all day, working a double so what do I do well since I can't go anywhere because my clients dont want to leave the house I order for delivery, well I'm very upset, the delivery took awhile but I was fine with that, the young lady told me she was the only driver no biggie I'll let it slide. So I ordered the #16 its one of my favs I add cheese on it too, I get it and it instantly smells funny, and its slimy, yep I'm not eating it!! It smells so bad that it is stinking the kitchen up, so I need to go throw it in the dumpster after I finish this post I called and spoke to a manager he was nice he said that he would refund my money but I have yet to see it come back on my card, I highly doubt I will ever order...
