Cook Out — Restaurant in Graham

They have great prices and the food is very good. I would have given them 5 stars but yesterday when I went there, it must have been a bad day. They put the butt trash tomato slice on my burger with the hard stem in it. I'd love to see one of THEM eat a tomato Stem. I understand, maybe they were overwelmed being so busy, and I will keep eating there, but someone needs to be more aware of what they are putting on peoples food. Also I had fries. Lots and lots of fries. I had to ask for ketchup twice before the employee handed me THREE little packs, for a whole big TRAY full of fries! I asked for more.. said "that aint enough" and he pretended not to hear me. Closed the window and walked away talking to the other employee who was standing there, looked me dead in the eye, and also heard me ask for ketchup for the 3rd time. I should have kept sitting there but I was trying to be courteous to the people waiting behind me. Needless to say, the fries portions are good. Only I had to throw 90% of mine away yesterday because they only gave me enough ketchup to put on 5 or 6 fries. And I dont enjoy eating dryyy fries. Had to eat my burger with no tomato and throw away my fries. Disapointed in yesterdays trip, but they're usually much better than that. I'll still eat there and recommend them. Unless this...

So normally this cookout has been great. I've been going here for years and rarely have issues. But the last two times I've visited in recent months, the same cashier on the right side of the drive through sees me. This time this person left me hanging for a long period of time when I said my order initially (there was only one other car being served at the time mind you) and they either couldn't hear me right or they don't know what a house style burger is. I kindly repeated myself multiple times as they asked me to and clarified what I was asking for down to the ingredients and they got it right and my food was fine. But this person acted like they had somewhere better to be the whole time. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to back my car up and pull up to the window again without saying why and didn't give me my drink (for the second time). I've been nothing but civil with them and they don't seem like a bad person, so I don't see any reason for this kind of behavior. Especially when every other person I've been served by at this location has been responsive, kind, prompt and cared about their job. TL:DR, definitely come to this cookout, but avoid coming here during the late shift, or at least avoid the right lane in the drive through...

This place is hit or miss alot...I did go late last night because I had to work late...called ahead to see if they would do a phone order to-go since it was about 20 min to closing(figured it was the polite thing to do since I knew they were closing soon)...to which I was told they can't do that, which is understood to a point but if paid for OTP didnt see the problem?!...got there and was told they only had 2 items, Nuggets and fries...no shakes or any other food items available for purchase!!! Why stay open till 4am if you have nothing for sale. The girl on the com was rude and I didn't order any of there leftovers...DO NOT go the last hour or less as they start closing process long before actual closing time. NOT impressed at all the way anything was handled. The woman I talked to on the phone should have told me they only had 2 items at 3:45 instead of making me drive there for nothing smh......Good good sometimes but go during meal times, close to closing and they could care less about your order....more concerned about closing and going home than providing quality service...such a...
