Went through the drive-thru here twice recently - the 1st time, I ordered a Sprite with my meal and found it was carbonated water w/ no syrup. So had to turn around after driving halfway across town, go in the store, and get a new one. The 2nd time was last night. In the drive-thru, I ordered Arby's classic beef and cheddar meal w/ a Sprite. I joked to my bf I better try the Sprite asap to make sure it's good. It was NOT! Again! So we parked, I went in the store, waited in line for almost 10 min., told the worker what happened, and he said the drive-thru syrup ran out, so I can refill my drink myself at the customer drink machine. He didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. :-( Then, after driving all the way home, I open my sandwich and see it's PLAIN roast beef! Even though they charged me for the beef and cheddar. By then it was too late to drive all the way back and I was hungry so I just ate it. I understand if the workers were rushing and busy, but you HAVE to get basic customer orders correct! Especially when you give the customer a lesser priced item than what they paid for. I know it was only a dollar or so difference, but it's the principle of the issue: I paid extra for something that I did want to eat, but was given something cheaper that I didn't want to eat and never even order. And customers shouldn't have to convince themselves that it's ok that they only paid a dollar extra for something they didn't even want in the first place. Again, if we hadn't driven all the way home before I found the sandwich mistake, I would've gone back. But we were already home and needed to get to an event, so there no time to go all the way back, stand in another 10 min, line, wait for a new sandwich, and then not even hear a simple "sorry" from an employee. There's so much stress and bigger issues in life, so something as simple as getting dinner at Arby's shouldn't be this complicated and add to everyday frustration. I've gone to this Arby's for years and lately, every time I go, there's some kind of issue when ordering in the drive-thru. Honestly not worth the extra headache, so we probably won't...
Read moreStore is only open for drive thru. Ok. Understand that everyone is short staffed but.... Get to the drive thru speaker and are told they discontinued ham sandwiches. While scanning the menu to find a substitution are told they close at 5 (it's about 5 at the time). And they needed to get through the drive thru line. Three cars in front of us, wouldn't have mattered if we would have know what our second options would have been. Would still have been stuck at the speaker. Apologized to the lady on the speaker for being an inconvenience and went to the Hardee's on the other end of town that still had ham and roast beef. When we don't frequent Arby's a lot because it is the furthest option from where we live to be treated like we were slowing them down because of business choices they made to narrow the menu and close at 5 on a Saturday!?!? Is almost unforgivable. Will definitely think twice before...
Read moreMy fast food go to place. The new Diablo chicken was fantastic. Just hot enough to enjoy with a nice smoky note. They keep it fresh with new foods. Greatly appreciate how they take care of the military and veterans. Prices are great and the taste of the food matches. UPDATE: The new steakhouse burgers are awesome. Great taste, juicy and what a burger should be. Maybe season the burger itself with some steak seasoning would make it even better. Who needs McD's. UPDATE July 15th, the Waygu steakburgers are a hit, youn must try one before they're gone. The chicken nuggets are far better than KFC, plump and juicy. Just wish on the blueberry lemonade it was full of ice and very little drink for the price. They won't do the drink without ice or lite ice. Still get a better burger here than at any of the fast...
