Sweet Temptations — Restaurant in Grand Haven

Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience. I was being helped by Dylan on 03/30/25 where he did not only provide customer service but hospitality as well.

I was picking up a sundae for my grandmother in a nursing home nearby and he had made one, but because I had to travel to another location I came back in to ask for another container to help keep any spilling contained. He offered me instead an entire new sundae in a different cup so that it was easier to transport. It was such a nice interaction and he did not have to go out of his way and he did.

Not many people Dylan’s age would have been able to use creative problem solving to fix a problem and also help the customer the best you possibly can. Give him a raise!!!!

sweet temptations has the best caramel corn i've ever had in my life. i first discovered it supporting a softball team fundraiser, then when i got my order it was the most delicious, heavenly, sweet popcorn. i sought it out more and was devastated to find it's over an hour drive away from where i live. nevertheless, whenever i visit the west coast of michigan i make a point to stop by. for holidays now my family will go to grand haven to buy me more of this amazing caramel corn. no other caramel corn comes even close to touching the terrific texture and flavor of sweet temptations' caramel corn. it melts in your mouth and provides the most satisfying crunch. each piece is perfectly coated. truly the most tempting sweet i've...

Love this place for ice cream. I think it's so cool you do half off ice cream during the winter months sometimes. I love fudge and am pretty snobby with fudge and I never liked your fudge. It's too gritty. I don't want to feel gritty sugar when eating fudge. In my opinion it should be creamy and gritty fudge means whoever made it wasn't patient enough. I can't find good fudge anymore. The little nursery coming into Spring Lake had the best fudge but they're long gone now. Lewis Farms used to have good fudge but they don't care anymore. $$$ is all they care about. Anyway, everything here is good...
