7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Grand Island

I purchased a coffee 3/02/2025. I was almost home when I decided to finally take a drink and the entire lid came off spilling over half the coffee on myself and all over my car. I have purchased hundreds of drinks from this location(131 visits) and nothing like this had happened before. I looked at the cup and there was a chunk of the lip of the cup missing and a small crack. The lid wasn't secured on there due to the defective cup. I had 4 small kids ready to dig into the dinner I had picked up so I wasn't going to drive clear across town to see about a remake so I reached out to customer service to see if they'd make it right and they said there was nothing they can do other than to "pass along this information". As much money as I have spent there in the 119 days they've been open, this is such a let down of...

I was really disappointed with my experience on the 20th. My drink came out wrong—the cold foam was so minimal you could barely see it, and the cup was packed with ice even though I asked for light ice, along with the cups had so much flavor just sitting at the bottom. (Do they mix the flavors with espresso before adding milk?) When I mentioned it, the barista gave me an annoyed look and even let out an “ugh” under her breath. There was no offer to remake the drink or make it right, which was surprising because the 7 Brew locations in Colorado have always been amazing. The service and atmosphere was great, however we got 2 large drinks and received.. not that. When we got our drinks into our car and left, we could not even drink them until getting home and pouring into another cup, because there was so much ice that you could not even physically get the straw in… we even shook the drink to move the ice around but it was so packed the ice did not move while shaking. So naturally, we got waaaaay less drink than we paid for, and while the taste was not bad, it did throw me how significantly different these drinks tasted compared to the Lincoln, NE location, which we order...
