Never coming back to this location. Wasted 30 dollars. It wasnt busy, only 3 other cars. Did mobile app order since we are from out od town and were passing through. Food was brought out and was told to be careful everything was fresh out of the fryers. Got out of the lot and down the road and noticed a fry missing but was not going to turn around and head back. As for "fresh" if you mean freshly dunked old, stale, COLD, tough, chicken into fryers to warm up, then yes they were certainly "fresh". The lids of the nugget boxes were wet with grease, fingers were coated when you grabbed one. Inedible and immediately tossed in garbage. The one order of fries were heavily saturated with grease as well. We always look forward to chick fil a and have never had a bad experience in Lincoln or Omaha but the 2 times we have tried Grand Island, both were failures. Will avoid this location...

But I wouldn’t normally complain about that, the real disgusting part was when I pulled my fries out and there is long blonde hair wrapped in/around the fries. Several pieces of hair stuck to two of the fries along with some sort of green fabric, plus more hair just floating around in the container. Disgusting and disappointing. Went here last week for my first Chick-fil-a experience ever and it was amazing, there was 3x as many people as when I went today and it took maybe 10min and the food was great. Read moreMy review is based on my drive-thru experience. The first time I went it was right when they opened I only waited about 20 mins and there was a long line. It made sense since they likely had extra employees from other locations helping things run smoothly. Since then I have visited on other occasions and the service was noticeably slooooooooow. There are a bunch of teenagers standing around looking lost, trying to hand out food to cars that can’t even move because the cars in front of them haven’t received their orders yet.
