I was wondering how my pizza was ready so quickly… it wasn’t cooked.
I noticed that the normally dark and crispy pan crust was barely browned at all and not crispy at all. It was soft and almost white.
The veggies were still crunchy and raw… seriously, not cooked AT ALL! I like my toppings, especially veggies, cooked!
I thought I was chewing on gooey, melted cheese. Two slices in, I realized that it wasn’t. It was undercooked dough. SO gross! I wasted my $$$!
I totally understand that a pizza company like domino’s gets extremely busy on a Saturday night, especially during college football season. There were at least 15 employees in that tiny building so I knew they were preparing for a crazy night. The thing is, they cut corners to get food out faster. In this case, they only cooked my pizza (my guess) about half of the acceptable time and it came out almost raw. That’s probably the worst way to save time. I’m extremely disappointed in Domino’s because it was my favorite pizza place. I can’t say that now.

The person said that was okay that they would make sure the delivery driver had change. The delivery driver got here and I went to pay and the delivery driver said that they didn't have enough change. I said that was all I had. The food had to be sent back. I called the store again and told them that I had called before and told someone that all I had was a big bill and I was told okay. I was told again that they would get the driver change and send the food back. Instead I received an email that my order was canceled. I do not appreciate not getting my order when I was told twice that it was okay to have a big bill. My uncle then called down there after our order was canceled and said he would pick it up and that all he had was a big bill. He was told that he would have to break down the big bill. This is the 4th time they charge my card and the order doesn’t come through when I order on their app. When this happens and I still want my pizza during that time, I have to risk processing another order or paying for another separate payment for the same amount (charged twice) and wait for my money from my first transaction to be returned to my bank, which takes several days. They lie and say it takes 2 days and that it’s my banks fault. The manager was also covering up for her employer and confirmed this has happened before and that sometimes there’s a transaction hold… for the entire amount?! No. This is bogus and should be against the law. This needs to be looked into and I will not order from you again. I hope whoever this has happened too speaks up here also so that this stops! I have never had this happen...
