I work in the industry of costumer service, and have for many years, so I find it disheartening and frustrating when a NEW general manager that is trying to cultivate a solid customer base locally refuses to solve a service based problem due to the choice of partnering with a delivery service. I was told several different stories on why they couldn’t correct me paying double on the missing items I had ordered and never received. The orders come into be packaged correctly and sent, but mine was not done correctly and the girl on the phone said she will find my receipt the. Never did, and when I spoke to the gm, he basically said he agrees it’s a service issue but there wasn’t anything he was going to do about it, asked what I would like I gave him several options to correct it that were within his means to do, Bc I understand the situation from a business point of view.
