ZERO STARS - DO NOT DROP SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! What an embarrassment to drop ship this product to a family, or friend . We will never do business with this company again. We experienced horrible customer service as a first time customer on a premium product shipment. To make matters worse, we proved that they made a mistake with the online ordering system. They then shipped again with damaged products the second time (Tins) and to add insult to injury they had the nerve to say that the damage was minimal. HELLO! the point is when you pay $65 per box of candy X 2 you expect it NOT to be damaged at all PERIOD! This company seems to think on the lines of the new generation values, if you don’t like it , we won’t do business with you! I don’t care if you tried five times to make it right Enstrom’s , if you don’t make it right after all your attempts it’s on you. And the nerve of them to demand I pay five dollars to get a tin that’s not dented was the last draw, and they even stated in an email that they need to find a way to send it to me so it don’t get dented, (See email attached with pictures), proving that they know they have a problem and yet treated me like I was trash and the problem because they couldn’t get it right! I would ask the owners, do you purchase dented caned goods off the shelf in the supermarket for $65 a can? Furthermore, your agents are very condescending, unprofessional and know nothing about Customer Satisfaction!, other reviews prove this. Here’s a tip to the owners if your really care, FIX THE PROBLEM! You obviously are having a shipping and Customer Service problem because the dents are coming from inside of the can out and from the out side of the can in, therefore you have a problem with your product that you’re purchasing from a third-party, the cans in this instance, FIX IT! Meanwhile we will stick with Louis-Sherry's of New York for the Holidays! they don’t send dented tins for a premium product. Even The Swiss Colony ships there tins with out damage, and that’s saying something for a lower end candy company. For you Google readers, just google (Enstrom Candies Downtown Grand Junction) and look at the negative reviews, they all concur with my experience as indicated above with negative reviews on the horrible website ordering issue's, (that I proved) , horrible attitude from Customer Service, (that I experienced and have emails to prove it). Read moreI have been coming here for years for the amazing ice cream and the macadamia nut turtles and have never had a problem till 3/16/22. As I walked up to the door i had to wait in the rain cause the employee was washing the windows (good job, love a clean store) but then she used her hands to get up off the floor (WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS) she came right over to the cones when I asked for an ice cream and grabbed one out of there with her dirty hands. She grabbed using her first finger to hook the inside of the cone.. Very politely I said "I hate to request this but can you please stop, wash your hands and get me a new cone?" She chuckled under her breathe and another employee walked by and said.."That's why they have plastic around them" and then she laughed very rudely. I was irate....i, almost in tears due to embaresment said "How dare you speak to a customer like this. I am in my right to ask you to do your job especially when you we're just using chemicals and then touched the floor where everyone has walked into and out of the store all day and don't worry about this I will not be back." I loved this establishment and it breaks my heart to know they have employees like that running the front area...
