Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Grand Junction

HORRIBLE Experience. I placed an order for delivery. After about 1 1/2 hours I called to check on my order. The response was "It's out for delivery, it should be there in 20 minutes or so." I expressed that I was somewhat frustrated because I had placed the order an hour and a half ago and it might still be another 20 minutes before I got my food." The manager's response was "I'm sorry, I've been dealing with this all day." And that was it. About 10 minutes later the order arrived. The driver was short and snappy. The order ended up missing one of the sandwiches. I called the store back and told the manager our order was missing a sandwich, his response was "Well do you even want us to send you another one or what?" I told him no, at this point, I would like a refund. I placed my order almost 2 hours prior, and when it finally showed up it didn't even have all of my food. His response was a short "Ok we'll do that" and hung up the phone.

I understand having a busy day and an order taking a little extra time for delivery. 2 hours is a LOT of extra time. The lack of accountability and response from manager was just poor customer service and I didn't even get...

We love Jimmy John's but this location is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes the service is great and you get your order delivered within a normal timeframe (Jimmy John's promises to be "Freaky Fast"). Other times, though, it's pretty bad. Won't receive your order for an hour, only to find out it's made wrong, then the manager is reluctant to really do anything. That happens 3 or 4 times and the staff start thinking you're the problem, when really you just wanted your order made correctly and delivered within the timeframe they promised so you can enjoy your lunch break. If I knew I was going to have to wait an hour I'd order something better than a sandwich. I rarely write reviews of any kind, but it's happened enough with this location over the last 2 years that I figured it's worth sharing so customers know what they're getting into before they buy. There are plenty of wonderful staff members and, like I said, sometimes it's a wonderful experience. Just not sure it's worth taking a chance if you're working with time...

I live literally less than 5 minutes from this specific location, I only order Togo because I have two small children and hey I’ll pay the extra money to have it delivered to save having to pack them up up to pick up an order.. literally the last few times I’ve ordered from this location it’s taken them at the minimum 45 minutes to deliver even when I get a notification that it was out for delivery five minutes after I ordered my food.. and when I call to ask when my order will actually be delivered they’re not the friendliest to respond. This last time I received my order it wasn’t even made the way I ordered my sandwiches. I won’t order from this...
