WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Its midnight when I visit, and as most Junktown residents know, they are always slammed at midnight. This McDonalds has the electronic menu screens in its drive through. The right side on my menu was glitching to and from a black screen, so it was very hard to order. I had already been waiting for 20 minutes by the time I got to the FIRST window. The associate at the first window did not bother to confirm my order, or even say hi, just asked for my payment. I told her that the screen was glitching, and all she said was "Oh...um...kay?" I didn't feel confident that she would tell a manager or anything to get the problem fixed, so when I got to the second window I tried to tell that associate instead. Before I could, this associate shoved my food at me and closed the window. She didn't even say a word! By the time I left the drive-thru, it had been about a 25 minute wait. No big deal, I've sat through worse, but it doesn't make the situation any better when dealing with rude people. So I decided to call the store so I could speak to a manager directly. No one answered!.The phone rang for a good couple minutes before an automated voice asked for an "access code", and then hung up on me! I'm sorry, I need an access code to call McDonalds?? I called three times, and each time no one answered and I got the same automated message. I am extremely unhappy with my visit! I understand that it is midnight, and this is the only location that's open for 24 hours, they're SUPER busy because of that and obviously short staffed, and no one wants to work or even be up at that hour - but both of the girls were rude and looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there; my concerns were dismissed and ignored; I waited 25 minutes to get my food when this is supposed to be "fast food"; a manager was not available to speak to; and no one answered the phone and/or this location has the wrong phone number printed on their receipts. I will not be coming back to this location, or McDonalds, for quite...
Read moreMe and my husband and I come here a lot, very cheap and tasty! But, when my order was wrong and I simply asked to have them remake it Joanna (worker/manager?) got mad at us and tried to force us to "take our money back and go somewhere else" we refused and just wanted our two mccrispys one no spice she finally gave in after we wouldn't back down from getting what we ordered. She rang up two spicy mc crispys, and my husband could not do spice, so we had to go back up there, again. This time, we spoke with Eli, and he was super respectful and helped us with absolutely no issues. Came in clutch with helping remake our orders correctly and even asked if he could do anything else before leaving the table. More people should be inspired to be another Eli. 😇 Will come back, but ask to remind the employee Joanna that the customer service is always right, not "If you dont like what my crew" tossed food together "then don't be here..." She was so mad she stabbed her fingernail through my receipt! Photos 👇 (UPDATE) One of the 15 year old employees started to make me very uncomfortable, he'd always stare at me or ask me if I need anything but not ask the table sitting right next to me complaining about their food. I talked to Eli and asked him to have that employee not walk up to my table again. Fast forward a couple of days, and I'm outside of the McDonald's upset because someone parked a lime scooter in the middle of the bike rack. The same employee walks outside right past my husband to approach me and talk to me. I talked to Eli again about the fact that this employee pushed past my husband to be by me. And Eli brushed it off.. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I'll be returning to...
Read moreBeware, the story you are about to read will reveal facts about the Shake Machine at McDonald's.
Excellent timing from the time I ordered my Large Choc Shake w/out Whip Cream and Large Sprite up until the 2nd window. 2nd window, I'm given my Sprite and then told by the young woman "can I have you pull forward to Drive Thru waiting spot 1, the shake machine is acting up and they have to mess with it to get it to work, sorry about that" AFTER she LOUDLY stated to a coworker "REMEMBER NOT TO PUT WHIP CREAM ON!"😦 I was just like "sure" caught off guard not knowing whether to believe that McDonald's, this multi million dollar company has a shake machine that you have to slap around once in a while because as she so boldly put it "is acting up" or if she's covering up for her co-worker that may have accidentally put whip cream on and has to make another shake or both, she messed up, has to make a new one and now has to slap this machine around so the machine could get it together because it's "acting up"! Well that must have been one mischievous machine because it took almost 17 minutes to make what turned out to be, a decent looking Shake for a troubled Shake machine! There must be some kind of conspiracy going on here because the young lady that brings my shake out says "sorry about the wait, we had to change the chocolate syrup", I knew right then and there, it was a cover up. As a former McDonald's employee, I know, it takes only but 2 minutes to change the syrup, maybe even less than that. All I'm saying is McDonald's should really look into this Shake machine, even the employees are making excuses for what I can only assume is its Syrup...
