Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Grand Junction

This place is just disgusting! I have not seen a dirtier place! And the bathrooms, filthy! ...hmm, imagine the kitchen!! After seeing the ceiling literally cave in, and realizing the age of the building, I would be afraid of asbestos or mold. Service is awful, unfriendly, unprofessional and unknowlegable of their products. Took forever to have one of the three people to acknowledge that we where in there. Maybe no fault of their own after seeing their Manager, some young looking little girl, was running around with a seemingly "big head" being demanding, nasty and rude to her workers and I couldnt help over hearing her loud mouth across the lobby. Even talking about how so-and-so was a piece of $#!% when the young lady she was talking about walked to the back of the restaurant!! The food is no better then that of frozen microwaved store bought products. Room temperature, unmelted, cheese on a tasteless burger. Couldn't believe that I received literally 14 old and cold fries PIECES and CRUMBS, not ONE full-sized fry, just floating around in the meal box, like what would be left in the bottom of their fry basket, and that was all that they could spare! They are truley stingy! Maybe they can't spare a thing because it seems the Manager is unaware on how to do her inventory to order their products... they were out, to my amazement, of EVERYTHING!! Couldn't even get what I went in for originally or any of my next choice, so left there with my unsatisfied cravings!!! I will never waste my time nor money at either of his locations! New store, remodeled or not!!!! Just disgusted!!! And yes, sooo over priced for thier slop! Neg zeros...

This north avenue store doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. If there was a negative star that'd be far more appropriate. Management and staff need a MAJOR overhaul. This store has gone to absolute CRAP the past 3 or 4 years as ANYONE who has been there will agree I'm sure. I mean just look at all the negative ratings and that says it all. I have found the staff, food and service is slightly (and I do mean VERY slightly) better during the daytime hours. For the owner to allow this store to continually be sub par says a lot about him or her as well. Obviously the only concern is money in the pocket and NOT quality service or food. The only reason I ever go back is because I live 2 blocks away and the other dq's or sonic aren't just around the corner. After each time my girlfriend and I go there we are disgusted and could kick ourselves in the butt for doing so, shame on us. Too bad I occasionally lower my gloves and give it another chance. I'm totally baffled as to how this place still has its doors open and has a following (if it does). I'm half tempted to hire a couple people to stand on the sidewalk on north with signs warning people what they'll get if they go there (that's always a possibility). Maybe one day someone that gives a crap will buy it and change it back to...

Went through the drive through tonight and had a little bit of a wait, no problem i dont mind waiting. When it came my time to order I asked if there was a box of cherry dilly bars, the girl helping me said they were all out and let me know of the other flavors available but did NOT tell me they were out of cherry dip. My assumption for the dilly bar boxes is that those are pre made and I could be wrong so i asked if they could make 4 single cherry dilly bars. The girl "assisting" me, i could tell she got irritated by my question and very rudely said NO I JUST SAID WERE OUT OF THE DIP. No ma'am, you said you were out of the boxes not the dip. Not the first time ive experienced rude customer service here, do better!😒 teenagers or not. Clearly I didnt understand you were out of cherry DIP no need to be snobby ESPECIALLY when I wasnt being rude to you....
