I went into this location this past Saturday. I was greeted in general by the staff in the back. I walked up to the counter and placed my order via the tablet supplied at the store. But I wanted to to use cash. So once the register made the sound to notify a worker to come up and finish the transaction, a young, seemingly Asian lady that wore Nike glasses and a cap, walked up to the counter and just extended her hand out for me to give her the money. She did not greet me, didn’t ask how I was doing(not that she had to), nor did she confirm the amount that was due. She just merely extended her hand out and waited for my payment. So my order was ready fairly quickly because I only ordered one cookie. So this same young lady gives me my cookie without opening the box to verify what I had ordered. I didn’t ask her to do it either considering it was only one cookie and it would be kinda hard to mess that up. So I took the cookie and left. So I get about 10 mins down the road and open the box to realize that the young lady came me an incorrect cookie. So I immediately called the store. She answered and I explained to her that she gave me the wrong cookie. She didn’t apologize or anything. She merely said “well you can come back and get the right cookie.” And of course when I returned to get the right cookie, she had disappeared to the back of the store. When I arrived, a young, very pleasant black lady greeted me and asked if I was the person who was given the wrong cookie. I told her yes and she took care of me right away and apologized on behalf of her coworker’s error. I come to this location often but the level of inconsideration and lack of decency on the other young lady’s part is totally unacceptable in my eyes. Her hours should be reduced because she obviously doesn’t like her job and is probably only there for...

Saw a fly land on some of the cookies that was out but luckily it didn't touch my cookies for my first time being here but overall the experience and environment was marvelous and the cookies were amazing... if I had to rate them from most favorite to least favorite it would be very hard decision to make because they were all so good at least the only 4 I had tried so far, I had 3 cookies that were in my top #1 spot but in order I would put the blueberry cheesecake at my 1A spot I loved the blueberry compote it was not overpowered by sweetness and not too sugary nor bitter it was the right amount of sweet and bitter. Now the next cookie that is my top #1 which will be 1B I will award this competitor to the key lime pie cookie, again just the cookie alone I loved it although it was a slight bit on the sweeter side the little slice of lime and lime juice added to the cookie evenly balanced the cookie from sweetness and bitterness again it was hard for me to pick a top #1 spot but to me they are worth every bite. My 3rd and final spot for top #1 spot I would give it to the maple cinnamon brown cookie thus making it 1C in my eyes, it was more on the sweeter side and for me that tipped the scales and persuaded me to put it in the 3rd top #1 spot it was quite a unique taste for my taste buds. And last but not least #2 goes to none other than the honey bun cookie although I wouldn't say it's my least favorite it was just an ordinary honey bun on a cookie the concept is great the taste was not above the ordinary honey bun I felt like there could've been a bit more wow factor added to the honey bun to make it stand out far from an ordinary honey bun, still great cookie I won't knock it down I just felt it could've been more done to improve the...

The banana split cookie was ok. Decorated pretty, but it was cold, and didn't have a lot of flavor.

There was plenty of parking. I got a good spot at the front door.

I was not greeted when I entered the store. It was my first time there and didn't know I had to use one of the touch screens on the counter to order food. Another customer told me I had to use the screen to order. The order-by-screen was easy to use, though, and one of the workers did ask me if I needed help after the worker overheard my conversation with the other customer.

Menu behind counter was easy to read. Two big TVs hung vertically on a wall didn't work or were not turned on.

The store was cool on a hot Texas day, but the store was dirty and unorganized. There was visible dirt and black markings on the floor. A lot of brown cardboard boxes were stacked in the area where they prepare food. Looks like they work from the boxes in front of the customer instead of gathering what they need from inventory in storage.

Overall, an average experience. Wouldn't return...

This Crumble store is very similar to others. As great and tasty as the cookies are, they come at a price. Due to what I believe is branding, these cookies are priced at about $3 to $4 each. Not to mention, the employees in every store have one worker who is clearly professional, while the others seem indifferent and are just going through the motions. This is also noticeable in their appearance, as most employees wear slides and sweatpants, and some even wear AirPods. Nothing is more unappealing than seeing an employee handle food and then touch their ear. Aside from this, the cookies can sometimes be undercooked or not fully ready for frosting, which leaves you with a gooey cookie or a cookie with melted frosting. Finally, the tipping is questionable. What service are they providing that warrants a tip? If tipping is expected, why not just allow customers to pick their own cookies like most grocery stores?

Great when you want a sweet treat, but you don't want to turn on the oven or clean the mess afterward! The counter service was excellent and she was very patient as we asked questions about the cookies. Friend ordered a set of 4 cookies and shared the Pumpkin Roll and Peanut Butter cookies. The pumpkin roll was similar, had a cake-like texture, with a caramelized cinnamon sugar topping. The peanut butter cookie was also good, but refrigerated and unexpectedly cold. The flavors may have been more pronounced if the cookie were warm, but I understand some people like their peanut butter cups that way. The atmosphere was well lit and clean, and I liked the modern decor and packaging. Open concept - You don't often see industrial mixers and ovens in the front of the house.

Huge, decadent cookies. How big? Like 3 cookies got smashed together then baked. Soft gooey textures. How soft? Like brownies....Low on sugar, like shortbread cookies. Original flavors, new creations each week. Captain crunch, fruit, KitKat, blueberry, banana pudding, lemon, German chocolate, red velvet plus more...the checkout kiosk is simple and easy....The "pizza hut" presentation is impressive. It may seem expensive, but compare it to a coffee or tea you may buy often. Except you can get 4 cookies for that price. If you're looking for something new, search no more.
