Once upon a sunny afternoon, I found myself lost in the bustling city streets, disoriented and overwhelmed by the crowd. As the suffocating weight of anxiety gripped me, I stumbled into Applebee's, seeking refuge from the chaos outside.
There, amidst the chatter and clinking of glasses, I met Emma, a beacon of warmth and kindness in the dimly lit restaurant. With a gentle smile, she guided me to a cozy booth and handed me a menu, her soothing presence instantly calming my frazzled nerves.
As I sipped on a refreshing drink, Emma noticed the unease in my eyes and struck up a conversation, effortlessly steering it away from my troubles. With her genuine empathy and cheerful demeanor, she became my lifeline in that moment of despair.
As the evening progressed, Emma continued to check in on me, ensuring my comfort and well-being with every interaction. Her attentive care was like a life preserver in the stormy sea of my anxiety, keeping me afloat when I felt like I was drowning in uncertainty.
In the end, it wasn't just the delicious food or cozy atmosphere that made my visit to Applebee's memorable; it was Emma's unwavering support and kindness that saved me from sinking into despair. She showed me that sometimes, a simple act of compassion can be the greatest...
Read moreAs loyal customers of the past 4 years in the Standale neighborhood, (shoutout Sam!! I see you girlll!) we have relocated to a new area and decided it was time to take a visit to our new local Applebee’s. We got off to a little bit of a shaky start with the new adjustment. It was very busy and we decided to sit at the bar while we waited for a table. Our drinks were ready at the same time as our table, naturally causing some confliction. But, rest assured, Alicia was ready for us and swooped in to save the day! She immediately made us feel welcomed to the new neighborhood. Our dining quarters were very cramped, but Alicia took it upon herself to move us to a nearby table to allow us and our neighbors some more space and a more comfortable dining experience. Alicia is the type of girl to stand up for you when no one else will. Alicia is not a bystander. Although the Standale neighborhood will always have a piece of our hearts, we feel grateful and excited to have found a new local Applebee’s...

Servers were taking care of all the tables around us not no one even acknowledged us.

Do not go to this Applebee's and find somewhere better to go where the staff actually cares about service or representing their employer better. We live a few minutes from this location but we will certainly be going somewhere else as this place has a terrible reputation. Read the rest of the reviews. The service has always been terrible and no matter how many complaints they receive, nothing changes. Again, find...
