Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Grand Rapids Charter Township

We placed an lunch order for a meeting, online at 11:30 and chose the only time available of 1:30 for pick-up. We immediately called to see if we could get it sooner and were directed to the GM - Tina Smith. She was very rude, stating that because we chose 1:30, it could not be completed sooner. We have placed orders at this location before and have been accommodated when it was not possible to order a day in advance, and our orders always range around $300-$400. This type of customer service tends to deter us from ordering from a business

By the way, we had another employee call back hoping that they could possibly work it in, and she was just as nasty. The employee called the 28th St location by mistake and was told that it shouldn't be a problem, after realizing that she had called the wrong location the employee said that the location on East Beltline would be able to help us out. If businesses do not hold their employees up to a higher standard of customer service, they will not last. We will be very hesitant to order from this...

This was the second time for me at the Noodle shop. This time I went in and picked it up myself. I got mushroom stoynoff. So as this time I drove there the location was ok to find. Parking was fine. Staff was helpful and quick. I called in my order and it was ready on time. Within ten minutes. When I got home I did give it a quick zap in the micro just to be sure it was hot and it was. It was fantastic. Size was great. Enough for me to have lunch and dinner anyway. But that's just me. I am not that big of an eater. But O so good. Could not tell that the mushrooms were not beef. Price was a bit steep but considering for me that I can get two meals out of it, it's fine. I will be going back for sure. I recommend this fast...

noodles and company has been a favorite of mine for almost 20 years. The menu has improved to include even more delicious options like stuffed tortellini and the garlic bread is so simple but still so much more flavorful than other places and not dry like elsewhere cough cough olive garden and although the food is much more satisfying than fast food it's not that significant of an increase in cost. I also appreciate that they are open until 10 PM since I'm often not able to get anywhere until late evening so I will continue eating here and if you're sick of burgers or pizza like I currently am, then Noodles and Company is a very affordable...
