OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I recently became a regular weekly, almost daily, customer at the East Beltline & Knapp location.
In the two weeks I have been a customer, I have experienced excellent customer service, on a consistent basis. The consistency is what impressed me and which I am most thankful and grateful for. I am always welcomed with a smiling face (faces is more appropriate to say), a warm and kind greeting, and efficient and excellent delivery of my order. I never hear grumbling amongst the team, I never see bitter faces, and they all seem genuinely happy to be working there.
One of my favorite quotes is "Attitude reflects leadership, captain," (Remember the Titans movie) and that rings true with this team and their direct leader and upper management.
As I'm sure many are aware, the art of superb customer service has been dwindling and almost non-existent after the recent Covid-19 pandemic. To this day, I visit places as a customer and am met with bitterness, despair, hopelessness, and an attitude from the team that conveys a sense of frustration that I even bothered to come in and give them my business. It is a joy to experience such stellar customer service at this location.
I've been in management/leadership roles for 7 years and have 15 years of customer service experience in the retail space, and now in administration. I know great talent when I see it and it was important to me that this team get the kudos and high congratulations and affirmation they deeply deserve!

Now for my still-half-asleep rambling to recognize team members:
I normally go to a different Starbucks that's a little closer, but after the storm/tornado, their hours have been affected. Today I went to get my girlfriend coffee from the Celebration location and now I think I'll go to this location exclusively. I've never seen that kind of energy and atmosphere, especially at 8am. I wish I got names to recognize individual team members, but the woman that took my order was lovely and sweet. The only man working there this morning either LOVES his job or should be winning Oscars. Everyone was communicating and working efficiently with a smile on their face, drinks were flying out quickly, and they all worked with the confidence of seasoned veterans braving the morning rush. The man was interacting with all of the customers while slinging jokes and brightening everyone's morning. It was like watching an expert bartender at a trendy NYC lounge combined with a radio personality in the heyday of XM. Read moreAs a decaf coffee enthusiast, my recent morning visit to Starbucks was a delightful experience. The freshly brewed Pikes Peak decaf I chanced upon was a coffee lover's dream. Unlike the usual decaf Americano I would typically settle for, this brew was refreshing, aromatic, and a pleasure to the senses. I cannot emphasize enough how superior the taste was - easily the best cup of Starbucks coffee I've savored in the past decade. The memory of that unparalleled flavor lingers still. It's a shame, however, that Starbucks does not make freshly brewed decaf coffee more accessible across its various locations throughout the day. Pikes Peak decaf deserves a broader audience for its exceptional quality. Here's hoping Starbucks takes note and includes this splendid brew...
