Tippy Cow Ice Cream — Restaurant in Grandville

I remember when that was a gas station!! My mother new that it would be a Ice cream parlor one day! Just a wonderful job on everything! I remember when I was like 9 my best friend Emily and I would walk down to Tippy from my grandmothers house, that is 2 minute drive away, pretending to text on our imaginary phones thinking we are so cool!

I bike, walk, and drive over there all the time with or without friends! My favourite icecream there is the pumpkin or pumpkin pie flavor they have near Halloween!!

I was upset when they closed but new why, the antices busineuss was to expensive and was closed for far to long to keep tippy also in business. That time was the worse! But when they moved in a that phone company but that paint signs then moved out it looked horrible! They left stuff everywhere and it was bad looking!

Im glad what it is now and wonder what will happen in its future! The best, biggest and cheapest icescream...

I took a group of seniors here on a warm and busy afternoon. There was only one staff member working and she did really well handling all the orders and was still friendly while doing so! I really appreciated it since sometimes people can be rude when I am ordering so many things :)

I have since gone back not for work. I have some allergies and often times ice cream shops are not accommodating because it is a lot of work to be mindful, I usually don’t order or get something that has a low likelihood to have cross contamination. They have a sign asking for you to let them know if you have an allergy, and when I told the girl taking our order she was so kind. I usually feel bad telling people since it’s much more work. Stopped on our way home from shopping, we live in southern Michigan about an hour away. First the employees were rude about parking and made me move because “the concrete was new” however there was no flags up or anything. I moved no problem but they made another rude comment when I walked up to the window. How was I supposed to know there was no parking there? Again it was not marked. On top of that before ordering I asked how the strawberry malts were made and I was told “not with chunks of real strawberry, it’s a juice”. We ordered two but because they were full of real strawberry and an allergy they had to be thrown away. They were also basically just cold milk and strawberries, soupy with zero malt.
