Worst experience ever. Like I already know this one isn't the best but this time was ridiculous. The guy was rude from the start. Rushing us at the speaker. Very first thing we ordered was a large water for my son. It was as the main reason we stopped, since it was kinda late and my youngest son was sleeping, he was very thirsty. Figured I should grab a snack for us to have for the ride home as well. The order wasn't huge, 6 food items in total. The large water, and two large freezes. The worker stated that the machine doesn't always want to work but he would try. As we got to the window we were informed that they were out of beef. Weird but ok. He said it would take like 30 min to make some more!! I asked if there was anything else he could put in place of the beef. He seemed annoyed at this question. She said he could ring it in with steak or chicken for an additional charge! Wow! I have never been asked to pay more because of their mistake. I think he could have thrown some steak on it and called it good, but maybe that's just me. So we pay, get our change and no receipt. We sat there for like 20 min before he returned to tell us the machine was not working he could go e us large sodas instead.... Um sodas are like more then a dollar cheaper..... My boyfriend was has had it at this point asked for the money back on the freezes. Which imminently annoyed him even more. I asked the worker if we could have our receipt. Pretty sure he acked as 8f he could not hear me he finally returned with the food. My boyfriend reminded him that we still need our water and receipt. The man said ok then shut the window and disappeared for at least 5 more min until we finally just left. I should have just known from the start that the quality of our food was going to be bad. But some of it was worse then bad. It was uneatablem the shell on the chalipia was as hard as a rock. Overall I think I may call the store in the morning and let them know what happened. Read more(this was the Taco Bell on 6th Street in grants pass and this was the morning time staff) A number of reasons number one because I told him I wanted 4 locos nachos taco supreme, number one there's barely any meat number two it was not a supreme it ended up being a regular one I asked for no lettuce they gave me lettuce on every single one of them there was supposed to be sour cream it's supposed to be tomatoes but there is none of that either and then on my crunchwrap supreme there was barely any meat if any. Also I was almost given the soda for the people behind us I had to let them know it was not mine then somebody from behind that was not serving me at the time came up and asked me to pay for the people behind me their food but I told him that he had it wrong and that I've already paid and he was like oh I'm sorry my bad and he went back into the back then my the guy that was taking care of me came back and he asked me if I wanted to eat sauces and I told him no I didn't realize that my food was messed up until I got back to my house by then I was upset and I had already driven back to my house so I called to talk about and it rang several times and I kept calling because it did not ever get picked up I think I called a number of times maybe I think the number was like eight times and then I set an alarm clock for myself for another hour and then maybe they would pick up so I then called an hour later and they still had not picked up I am very upset and I am...

I've been coming into this Taco Bell on a daily basis for nearly 20 years...yes I know, but i like the food also enjoy the quietness and relax. For the past few years I've noticed a major change, VERY BAD customer service and poor meals. There isn't enough space on this review to address all of my concerns, but I can only hope that Management like (Mike L) get a lesson or two on customer service. Also, if your going to close the walk up counter for orders PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME GETTING OUT OF THEIR CAR AND WAITING IN THE SHEEP LINE TO ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD LOBBY IS CLOSED OR YOU HAVE TO ORDER ON THE (BRAIN DEAD PUSH BUTTON MACHINE!!!) my opinion.
