Save your time and go to any other Starbucks. Employee with red hair is rude every single time I am there. I asked for a pour over in the drive thru and they made a whole pot of brewed coffee in a carafe instead. The coffee was absolutely awful. I went in to get it fixed and they told me it was out of the carafe. Which isn’t even what I asked for!! A single pour over is what I asked for. Woman with red hair proceeded to tell me she knew what a pour over was, but then why not make it correctly? Went in today again and asked for a pour over with siren blend. Not only did they take over 20 minutes to make it, a different female employee steamed the milk and let it sit there while taking care of customers. When I asked her to remake the milk because I wanted foam, instead of dumping it out, she just re-steamed the same milk!! Talk about burnt. Nasty pour over. Asked for refund. Here are two things I've observed that stand out about it:
There's often stuff on the floor, like inventory that hasn't been shelved yet or whatever. Some times it's on pallets. And so on. I gotta think you could do this after hours, but whatever. it's just in the way, between me and the inventory that I want to buy.
This has to be one of the worst locations in which to put a store. Between this and the Chipotle nextdoor, there's a lot of traffic coming into this laughably small parking lot. It's on a turn where it's really REALLY hard to turn right out of the lot, and there are regularly cars coming in off a much bigger busier road like 40 feet away. It's downright dangerous.

Or they’re out of stock from things that are on the app, but don’t let me know until I arrive to the store waiting on my mobile order for 20 minutes until I finally have to interrupt someone and ask. The staff have no sense of urgency or seem to want to make connections, let alone talk, to the guests. I also placed and paid for a mobile order once, drove all the way there and see signs posted up saying they’re closed. Just terrible customer service and communication.
