Wendy's — Restaurant in Granville

Don’t ever eat at this place ....... EVER Not only was my family charged for food we didn’t receive but the food we were given was awful. Inedible. they were not even able to get the condiments on the sandwiches correctly... I asked for a plain chicken sandwich and received one with mayo tomato and the chicken itself looked like it was fried then boiled. The fries were so cold they seemed as if there were put in a blast chiller....We asked for spicy nuggets but did not get what we ordered at all. It seemed like they gave us food that was sitting out for several hours before they served it to us! If I had not been so extremely tired I would have gone back and demanded every dime of my money back. However, I will not eat there I will drive ten miles to avoid eating at this place! The worst! if I could give them below a 1 Star i certainly would and I will never recommend eating here to anyone. That was the most disgusting food I have EVER been served. Not only did I not eat it but I also could not let my kids eat it either! It’s a shame I tried to get dinner that I didn’t have to cook after a long eventful day only to get home with it and realize it’s inedible and now you have wasted time and money as well as having to cook for my kids regardless of how much I hurt and am tired ... never again, I will not order or eat at this place again they serve terrible food and don’t even get your order correct! So done...

I hate leaving a bad review because 40 years ago i worked fast food but this is the first Wendys i have gotten terrible food at. First i ordered doordash on June fourth and it was $20.04 it was evening I had a dbl stack a baconater and a large fry. It was really cold and hard ,it was terrible. I chalked it up to delivery and let it go. I order Wendy's at least once a week in Ripley and it is always awesome. So last night we went through drive thru and ordered 3 biggie bags in total. I can't believe I am saying this but it was horrible. I was up half the night sick although I only took one bite threw in garbage. I knew when we got there and was informed they had no tea or lemonade or orange cream sickle it must be close to closing yet stupidly I tried to order chili so i could eat it today, but no chili either. We ended up with super old hamburgers and cheese was laying with the burgers not sticking to it and bacon and lettuce cold and hard. Toppings were all wrongbut it happens but we were in a lyft so the hard cold fries hit the garbage. I don't know who is the owner of this Wendy's but you need to know this is not a one time thing, I stay at the Hampton across the street and also ordered doordash over 2 months ago. I won't be wasting my money again. I love Wendy's and always chose it over McDonald's hands down. I don't know if anyone even cares and I realize it's hard to get good help here but that's...

I gave this wendys one star and it's actually doesn't deserve one star. Simply because the manager the fat lady with the glasses is extremely rude, impolite and ignorant. I don't know how wendys assigned her as a Manager, she doesn't even know how to respect the customer. I ordered 3 meals and after 20 minutes waiting finally i got two orders and the cashier told me that she is gonna bring the third order to my table. So i went to the table and while i'm start eating i noticed the chicken sandwich has bacons, so i returned it to them and i told them that i ordered chicken with NO bacon. They took that sandwich and they ignored me for 15 minutes and i was keep telling them where is my order and the manager was pretending that she is not hearing me, so i was pissed off and disappointed. Then i told them i need my money back and now the manager heard me very well and she said NOTHING and she didn't even apologize for the delay. There was no respect at all.
