Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Grapevine

Would give 0 If I could. Currently at DFW Terminal D. Place an order for 5 pretzels which was a pepperoni pretzel. One of the employees, Fiker T, took my order. He proceeded to inform a lady by the name LLibera. She had to be told more than once what my order was. I was given my pepperoni pretzel and told it’ll be 10 minutes for the rest. Return and pick up my order. Realized that I was missing one original pretzel, I made sure to double check against my receipt to make sure I had all pretzels and I didn’t Return to inform them that was missing one Pressel, a problem to see that the lady by the name of Liberia was very unprofessional, got an attitude and claimed that she gave me all my presents. I tried to inform her that I did not receive my pretzel. She became very rudely, loud and unprofessional. Being the bigger person , I asked for the manager’s number , guess what it was a bogus number . But there’s ways...

About as unpleasant an experience as you can have at a pretzel stand...but hey, it's the airport, and a lot of grumpy people pass through here so maybe the staff is jaded...and underpaid and under appreciated. At least that's what it looks like from what I can tell. Anyway, the pretzels and pretzel bites are okay. They taste about the same as in other locations. Maybe slightly more greasy. What I don't like is that the cheese sauce is now room temperature packets. In the old days it was warm and that was nice. Oh well. Pretzels anywhere are still carbs. Carbs can be comforting. So if you're at the airport and the rude staff rattles you, just find solace in the innocent and playfully...

My first time getting Auntie Anne's, but I was craving something light and decided to grab a pretzel. The line was pretty long, but quite quick to order. I ended up ordering a Jalapeño pretzel that came out to a little less than $5. The employees were patient and had great customer service. Before I checked out, they offered additional sauces as toppings that I declined. Not sure if they’re pre-made, but I was given a warm pretzel within a few minutes.
