This Brazilian Steakhouse is oozing with class, from the time you walk into their reception area. We love to celebrate birthdays at this lovely establishment. I love to get dressed up and enjoy a delicious meal, I save up for days before going. From the warm greetings and quick seating and the team of staff members every moment is memorable. I would suggest reservations before arriving. This is a never-ending array of different prime seasoned meats delivered by gauchos who roam from table to table with their fresh meats. Your server will go over the process when you are seated. You are given these little placecards with red on one side and green on the other. You simply turn green to let gauchos know you want meat or red when you do not. There is no limit to turning over the card. My favorite this time was the bacon wrapped garlic filet mignon medium rare or however you may request. I also enjoyed the lamb chops and lamb. The prime rib was fantastic with a nice char crust. I also enjoy the most delicious creamy flavorable lobster bisque I've ever had. There is also a nice cold salad bar with many different options. Brought to the table as well are mash potatoes, creamy mushroom sauce, and sauted bananas, which are refilled as requested. You can not forget the wonderful light Brazilian bread as an accompaniment. Every staff member is on the ball and quick to deliver any requests. There is a wonderful variety of wines and mixed adult beverages available. Our table also enjoyed the melted mozzarella cheese that we couldn't get enough of from the gaucho. There are so many other meat options available, such as sausages, ribs, and bacon wrapped chicken filets. I'll be honest. I just got for the beef options mostly. You really need to pace yourself to be able to enjoy all the variety. If you are going for a special occasion, be sure to let them know. It was my Birthday and, they brought out a lovely decadent chocolate layer cake with an added message of Happy Birthday written in chocolate and a candle placed in the whipped cream, they light. Let's Start with this it is 8/31/2024 we came to celebrate our Wedding anniversary Eve, we walked in to one of the cleanest places, met by an absolutely amazing and joyful staff! Seated and immediately greeted by our wait staff, if you have never experienced a Brazilian Steakhouse, or you have been to the others anywhere else this is an Experience is ten steps above all others!

The level of customer service that is given in Chama is well beyond that of other Brazilian Steakhouses, the excellence exudes from the Front of house to the back of house, and you will see and taste an experience like no other.

The Salad Bar is not only freshly stocked it is the best of the best, then when you flip your medallion and begin to experience the meats, the Meat Gods will show their talent! This is where the Back of the House shows their skills and talent!

Meats perfectly cooked, with seasoning that allows you to taste the amazing taste of the highest grades of Beef, Chicken, Pork and Lamb!

The lamb chops and Leg of Lamb are my choice but the House Picanha are absolutely the most amazing and loaded with flavors that will cause your taste buds to erupt in a complete meat ecstasy!

We had the Pleasure this evening of an excellent Meal, and amazing Staff, and the presence of the Management Raido Ramos the Manager is on the floor with his staff, working side by side, delivering the best Customer service, excellent food and checking with every table to ensure all that came in enjoyed their evening to the fullest.

We blessed a few tables while there tonight the staff was beyond helpful with this as it just something we enjoy doing, God blessed us and we believe all who can should Bless others!
