I have never in my life left a 1star review. It makes me feel terrible to have to do this. I ordered food for my entire family tonight. We ordered 2 Orange chicken dinner entrees, 1 with fried rice, 1 with steamed. 2 appetizers. 1 was shrimp toast and the other was steamed dumplings. Lastly, I ordered plain lo mein noodles for my 6 year old. The orange chicken was tough. Not like any orange chicken I have ever tasted. Also, the to go boxes weren't even halfway filled with chicken! The box was mostly full of cauliflower and broccoli! I have ordered a lot of Chinese in my lifetime and I have NEVER seen orange chicken served with huge amounts of broccoli and cauliflower. The fried rice wasn't fried at all...it was steamed rice with peas and carrots added. The steamed rice was crunchy. The shrimp toast had so much grease it was not appetizing at all, also the shrimp was a big chewy lump. I have never had shrimp toast served like that! Steamed dumplings were awful. They tasted off somehow. The only thing that didn't go into the trash was the side order of lo mein. We spent $65 plus gratuity to have dinner delivered only to throw it directly into the trash. So disappointing. I ended up making my kids grilled cheese. I, however, am...
Read moreI bought two soups got home and the soups were about 3/4 of the way full so I decided to call since this has happened to me quite a few times in the past without me complaining so I decided to call and tell them the situation and I did,I spoke with the manager a woman that I can't remember her name and she decided to argue w me and to tell me I was wrong, that they fill to the line because of the heat which is understandable but I told it was about an inch below the line and that I'm wasn't getting what I paid for and to my surprise she continued to argue thst I was wrong and that next time she will measure the line herself. Lmao...a simple fix knowing that the customer 9 out of 10 times is right, she with an attitude told me to shut me up that she would give me the soup, and boy did she get upset and angry I stead of being cordial .now i know I can easily talk to her boss which is probably the owner and tell him more about her attitude than the darn soup, but I won't I will post the pics because the pics won't lie.i have bought from this place much food but it ended today thanks to miss drama queen.pics don't lie sweetie.!!!...

Best Chinese coming from an American tongue.
Had 3 lunch orders, meat + style with rice and choice of soup with spring roll Orange peel chicken Sweet and sour chicken Mongolian beef All with egg drop soup.
First, the egg drop soup. Perfect with pepper and soy sauce. Spring roll, not like the spring rolls from Panda, these are big and flavorful. All the entrees where of better quality than other chinese places. It all felt authentic with no short cuts while keeping to the familiar flavors one would expect from what we ordered. Big props to the beef and sweet and sour chicken Typically you get neat slices of beef, not here, the beef curled as if you tried frying it at home. The breading on the chicken was not, I repeat not, puffing off the chicken leaving you only a sliver of meat.
Fortune cookies where good, coming from someone who...
